Looking for a estate agent to go the extra mile that offer a genuinely personal service. That's some think Dunedin Sales and Letting can offer you. As a client I want to be able to phone or call in to the office to get a update, without a look of not you again.when selling a property there are going to be many stages along the way, and you want an Estate Agent who is going to be there for you every step of the way. My first time moving was the most stressful thing I think I’ve ever done, Hannah and the team were just the best and made the whole experience less painful. Always there to lend a hand with all aspects of paper work and communication was fantastic. I was always kept up to date with progress. We have used Dunedin for both sales and lettings and have been impressed with both sides. On the lettings side they found us fantastic tenants, and made the whole process incredibly smooth. Most recently we have utilised their sales services and they have made the process smooth despite there being some difficulties with the sale (nothing related to Dunedin). Hannah is supporting our sales progression and gives prompt responses and helpful updates. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services and we would certainly use them as our agent of choice in the future.

Well what can I say.... Me, my wife and two children took on the mammoth task of moving back from Spain early December hoping to be in our new home by Christmas from the moment we first spoke to Maxine we felt relaxed, she showed us all the properties that were available to us then passed us onto Nikki her lettings manager - Wow Nikki left no stone unturned and even worked outside office hours show us around each property. Trying to find a place to stay whilst working full time and having no leeway on time off was difficult. I spoke to multiple estate agents previously and they couldn't make arrangements for viewings or would persistently call me during my working day asking if I could re-arrange my viewings to a day and time I'd previously told them I was unavailable. However, Dunedin were great. I explained my situation and that I would struggle with viewings, and they said 'no problem, what can we do'. I booked to view a property and day of viewing despite being very short notice I called the office and asked if I could squeeze a second property viewing in (was asking on off chance) and they were, fortunatly for me, able to do so. This was were I met Dunedins very own Nikki ! An amazing agent, great customer service, and an energy and personality to make you feel at ease and less nervous in making such a big decision. She will sell you on a property whilst at the same time making sure you are fully informed of ALL the information of each property you go to, so there are no surprises when you do move in. Nikki was completely understanding of my circumstances, and I believe that she did everything in her power to accommodate my situation whilst looking for and applying for places. I have now finally moved into a property, with the help of Nikki and Dunedin, and it has been a smooth process.

From the first initial viewing with Paul who was so welcoming charming with his friendliness and knowledge of the property and seemed to really care about us finding the perfect property, there was no hard sell, no pressure and we had no concerns over if we had made the right decision. We made an offer after reviewing the next day, we are extremely grateful for the advice and help that Paul gave in helping to secure the purchase on our new property From day one Dunedin have been more than helpful when dealing with any problem that we have faced. In particular I want to mention Sadie who is not only a great member of Dunedin staff but also an amazing human being who is professional in her manner and is such a charming and polite young lady. Dunedin are lucky to have Sadie as an employee. Jayne has been awesome in helping us purchase our new home and informative throughout. I would like to Express my sincere gratitude to Nikki and her colleagues for helping me find accommodation at the last hour. It was stressful for me because I told them last minute, but they didn't judge me or say that I was late.They took my case on and promised to deliver a service and they delivered.
