GoogleI can't rate Dunedin Highly enough, especially Nikki. I dealt with a lot of estate agents whilst trying to find my home and Dunedin and Nikki were by far the best. The Level of care and attentiveness was was amazing from start to finish.

GoogleA despicable company. Avoid! As someone who has run businesses internationally for the last 12 years and a landlord myself, I have never come across a letting agency as unprofessional and badly managed. From general bad communication to setting disingenuous traps for tenants to stiff them for bills the landlord knowingly neglected to pay. The landlord of course no matter how utterly clueless, is their client who they must keep satisfied even if achieved at the tenants expense. They also have an extreme problem with how they manage client data which I experienced personally, but have not yet decided how I wish to deal with. I must mention that Nikki who we dealt with occasionally carries out her role reasonably well. Even commented herself how particular situations had been handled pathetically by both landlord and Dunedin, so perhaps as often is the case the problem stems from further up the chain of command. In any case if you are a landlord considering your options for a letting agent or a tenant looking to rent do yourself a favour and avoid Dunedin lettings at all costs.

GoogleAfter losing both parents within two years, my brother and I had the daunting task of putting our parents house on the market. We had no idea about how to go about the process. We felt a 'local' Estate Agent would be easier for us to deal with rather than one of the more 'high-profile', 'much-advertised' larger Estate Agents. We made the right decision. From Day 1 with my initial meeting with Sadie, to Janie taking over our case, we could not have been happier. Janie, THANK YOU for your positivity, approachability, professionalism and courtesy - you were great and we will never forget what you did for us. I would recommend Dunedin in Rubery village to ANY prospective seller or buyer. They are really good.

GoogleMe and My partner were looking for a place which would be suitable for their disabilities and our support dog, it was a tall order but Nikki in particular helped out amazingly, kept us informed, kept our details on file when the first property wasn't suitable and found us an amazing house with all we could need. We had an issue in which another Estate agent caused a knock on effect, potentially delaying our move in, having been with that agency before they have lost us to Dunedin after Nikki and the Dunedin team had to go around the houses to resolve the issue.
