GoogleTo me it doesn’t even deserve one star. It was all sunshine and rainbows until we requested repairs to be done. When my emails weren’t being ignored all I was getting was ,,we’re chasing the landlord”. Then the mould problem started… Even after I explained I have a high risk pregnancy and I cannot live in a mouldy place with cracked walls let alone bring a new born in a mouldy place nothing was done so we had to leave for own safety. The agreement was that I’ll be paying towards utilities every month and when we leave I get to see the bills and overpayments were going to be returned to me…again emails ignored. And they have the audacity of sending me a rent bill after tenancy ended. Absolute joke of an agency. If you ever see them run as fast as you can. The amount of unnecessary stress they caused me it’s unreal. Later update: a million years later still nothing from them. Bunch of thieves helping landlords steal from tenants. Disgusting company.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enugh about Nikki from Dunedin and the rest of the team. After being let down by another letting company Nikki helped us find a rental property at short notice. She kept in constant telephone or email communication with us every step of the way and went out of her way on contract signing day the help smooth out some teething problems with our landlord. I would definitely recommend Dunedin after they made our move a positive experience.

GoogleI contacted Dunedin in regard to selling a property locally and arranged for a valuation. Sadie Grant valued the property and although I did not go ahead with Dunedin, this was not a reflection on Sadie's professionalism or experience. I found Sadie professional, personable and knowledgeable and in the end it was purely that the other Estate Agent offered additional services at no additional cost. Should the chosen Estate Agent fail to sell the property, I will not hesitate in contacting Sadie.

GoogleWow, what an experience! The first time we walked through the doors on a snowy January morning we were met with a warm welcome (unlike other local agents). After discussing our situation we decided we weren't at that point ready to move but we'd stay in touch with a view to move in September. We had our hearts set on a specific area and to be honest, nothing on the market had really come in the past year so we weren't hopeful. With a bit of luck with timing but most of the credit down to Maxine and Nikki they managed to secure the exact rental property we needed, amazing! We had no qualms with renting our current property with them, which is in safe hands. Within a few days they had shortlisted some brilliant potential tenants and worked so quickly that the move in date of our tenant was just a few days after our move out date. Dunedin provide a tuly personal and caring service. Unlike any estate agent I've ever used. This is how all estate agents should aspire to be! Thank you so much for everything Maxine and Nikki - we owe you a drink 🍻.

GoogleI recently became a tenant through Dunedin Sales & Lettings and the process was quick, easy, and painless. Nikki welcomed me warmly through my viewing and took time to answer all my queries, all well as act as a great intermediary with the Landlord for any changes I wanted. Nikki directed me well, and made the process incredibly easy from the application, to the checks, inventory and key pick up. I am very happy with my new place and the help I got here. Would definitely reccommend.

GoogleNikki (one of their staff) is more like the face of this Company. A perfect explanation of what a human resource and a sales person should be. She is built for this. She finds out your budget and she won't stop until she gets you something fitting to it. Thank you Dunedin Sales for Letting Nikki do this. I'm sure alot of people have same view with me. Make her happy in the company. She know the job.
