FacebookNikki at Dunedin went above and beyond helping me with a rental property. Quick and efficient. Communication was excellent all the way through the process. I applied for the property, accepted, references etc all done and I was in the property the following week. Highly recommended.

FacebookHiWe have been on a huge rollercoaster of a ride over the past 14 months.We’ve been gazzumped, pulled out on and massively over bid through other estate agents in Rubery.But I can safely say Dunedin have given me nothing short of amazing advice through out all the above even when they didn’t need to.Sadie has gone above and beyond and finally found us our final and forever home …YAYYAnd everything is progressing very nicely I may add.Words don’t seem to be enough …. GoogleHi there. I haven't actually been to the Dunedin Estate Agents office in Rubery. However, whilst on lockdown I spent some spare time looking for properties in South Birmingham. I liked one of their houses for sale and rang up to get further information. I wanted to know the room sizes and was directed to their website to look at the floor plans. The lady who spoke on the telephone was polite and helpful and my query was answered.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service. Sadie very negative and insulted my partner, extremely unprofessional, didn’t listen to a word we said and told the seller a pack of lies! we had our offer accepted and then told 2 days later it was declined even though she said the seller really wanted to deal with us, we had email confirmation that she had accepted and that she liked us and also liked the fact we were local! Sadie got the facts completely wrong and after our offer was accepted, she then called the seller and told them we had to re-mortgage to buy this house which obviously made the seller nervous and change her mind! Completely untrue despite my partner explaining to her again and again that we were no chain and this wasn’t the case. She even got us down on the system and told the seller we were renting (which contradicts what she told the seller about us having to re-mortgage....) In actual fact my partner owns the house we live in and we can afford to buy a second house! SHE DID NOT LISTEN! She passed this false information and negative attitude on to the seller which has ultimately lead to us losing out on our dream house!! Ridiculous!! Our mortgage advisor also found this whole situation ridiculous to deal with. We provided all the necessary paperwork and so did our mortgage advisor so I am at a loss and shocked at what sadie told us she’s done! DO NOT DEAL WITH SADIE OR THIS ESTATE AGENT! They haven’t got your best interests at heart, she has completely messed this sale up for us...... but karma will prevail!

GoogleI travelled 45 minutes to view a property through this agency, the agent by the name of Sadie never turned up whatsoever and never updated regarding changes. When called the office, the lady tried to give me a waffle saying my phone number could be wrong or something. When mistake happens you got to own it and take the responsibility rather than giving a BS reason. Grow up and act professionally please 🙏.NegativeProfessionalism
