GoogleWe could not be happier with Morris Dibben Lettings. We are particularly impressed with Gina who has been so responsive and proactive throughout. During Covid-19, she went above and beyond to make sure our viewing/move was smooth while still keeping current tenants safe. She made the moving process really easy in what could have been a really stressful time. This is a massive contrast to the letting agency for the property we are moving out of. GoogleExcellent from the start, quick to respond even out of hours - very patient and when we needed some bits sorting on the day we moved in it was all taken care of within the week. Communication was brilliant and so we can sleep easy knowing any issues will be taken care of as soon as possible. We are only contacted when necessary and they are very courteous and professional when they do.

They go above and beyond for all their tenants and landlords, to make sure every let goes as smoothly as possible for both parties, and nothing is too much trouble. GoogleMorris Dibben Lettings and its previous companies have dealt with the letting and management of my property since around 2007. I have always had very good service from them. From selecting renters, arranging everything. Whenever there was a problem with items etc the team were always helpful, friendly and got things sorted with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.
