Morris Dibben Lettings and its previous companies have dealt with the letting and management of my property since around 2007. I have always had very good service from them. From selecting renters, arranging everything. Whenever there was a problem with items etc the team were always helpful, friendly and got things sorted with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.

.Having let a property from Morris Dibben ( Romsey) for a number of years now, I can honestly say some of the worst people I have ever meet. The rudeness from the staff is unbelievable ( with the exception of Nick), they treat you like a 3rd class citizen. They turn up to your property unannounced, even tho you tell them we would want to be present at all visits to the property. They do not get any repair works completed, even after 3 years of chasing them on some items. They don't get back to you when you ask them to do so on some items. Leaving request till the last day of the tenancy. I do not normal post such poor reviews, but I feel that I have to on this case. I just feel sorry for Nick, who has to work in such an unprofessional environment.

Unprofessional service, poor communication, avoid!

Terrible experience with Morris Dibben. Poor communication, unresponsive staff, and unprofessional service throughout. Maintenance issues were ignored, and getting anything resolved was a struggle. They were quick to take money but slow to help tenants. Would not recommend renting through them, avoid if you want a hassle-free experience!

Was a tenant for 5 yrs. Most of our interaction with the team we found them rude, disrespectful and condescending. We usually by passed them and contacted our Landlord directly who was a delight.
