Morris Dibben in Romsey was my first experience of working with a lettings agent in the area. I can safely that from the start and finish of my tenancy it was consistently good customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again should a suitable property come up for me in their portfolio. Special shout out to Nick and Gina who were my main points of contact throughout my tenancy - you both made my life a lot easier and I appreciated your excellent communication.

Great service - guidance throughout the whole process was excellent especially as we were initially undecided whether to let or sell as thought the rental process might be nothing but hassle. Morris Dibben Lettings in Romsey are an absolute disgrace! I've had to deal with two of the most disgusting people I have ever come across Kim Gray and Lorraine Watkins her litter side kick. They are bully's and liers, they couldn't "manage" rental property's if they tried because they have absolutely idea what the are doing! It's a total embarrassment. Kim is rude and will happily shout at and over people and force her uneducated opinion over any facts in any situation and even over professionals. We had workmen that refused to come back because they didn't want to deal with her and they used to openly say how awful she was. I honestly don't know why Morris Dibben don't look in to everything and how it "being managed" at the branch as it seems to be well known for being the worst letting agency!! Please don't use them they will con you bully you and make your life hell. They have absolutely no interest in tenants and if you are a landlord they just want your money the "packages" they offer with the inspections it's all a load of rubbish they have no idea what they are doing. They can't even organise basic repairs!!! They are happy to spend hundreds of your pounds to get bodge jobs done.

Morris Dibben manage 2 of our rental properties. Nathalie in particular is a real credit to the team - very efficient, always professional and friendly. We had a tight turnaround with a new tenant and she managed to get a huge amount done in just a few days so the tenant could move in on his preferred date. Nick is also very helpful, proactive in keeping us up to date on viewings and the market more generally.

Awful communication

Really unprofessional staff. Absolutely no communication, did not have the courtesy to let us know our offer had been rejected if they even passed it onto the seller at all. Staff have been rude and dismissive and we will be avoiding at all costs as we continue our property search. Awful customer service compared to every other estate agents we have used over the last few months of our journey.
