GoogleI have been using Andrews in Romford for the past 15 years as a landlord. I cannot say enough good things about them as a company. They are always pro-active, advising me of upcoming law changes for example and are always friendly and very helpful. They also go above and beyond. As an example, during COVID I found myself with an empty property. Despite being unable to do viewings, they found me a tenant very quickly and resolved my problem. The manager was the only person left (the rest were on furlough) and he did all the work / admin himself to make sure the tenant could move in on time. If you are a landlord, or are looking to sell a property, I cannot recommend Andrews in Romford enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI sold my flat through Andrew's and felt reassured with how they vetted applicants who wished to view my property. The team have good judgement of characters and made me feel well looked after, I never once felt that it was just about making money for them. The team genuinely are pleased for you when your house sells and I have recommended them to friends and family who have also had a great selling experience. The Romford team know the area well and are always there to answer questions.

This has to be the most incompetent Estate Agents on earth, they are rude and ignorant, Please don’t get sucked in by them they are so unprofessional, they had my property since February it is now June , no communication whatsoever they have cost me a fortune, and I have to start over again. They have made me ill, they really don’t know what there are doing.I have since found out from reviews on trust pilot how bad they really are, so please be aware they are abysmal stay clear.

Keli showed me one flat which I didn’t end up buying but I was struck by her knowledge of the market- Keli doesn’t dish out usual cliches which is refreshing and she understands property. I’d certainly go back to her to buy or sell a home. I’ve been an investor for a long time and, for me, she stands out as straightforward and efficient.

Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell!Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed.You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out.Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

I have found Andrews extremely difficult to deal with from the start of my tenancy to the end. I am in a joint tenancy and Andrews put all of the onus on the members of the household to find new tenants and organise new contracts without taking any responsibility for themselves. I joined as an individual, with another individual dropping out before i signed the contract. Andrews immediately tried to charge me their rent as well which i refused (i hadnt signed the contract) and was only resolved when the landlord got involved.As i am leaving the property, Andrews are retaining the same contract but changing the name of the tenants and i have had to state a number of times that my joint tenancy ends on my leaving date and i have no responsibility for their future tenant agreements. I would avoid using Andrews if at all possible in future as they try to force all responsibility for changing of tenancys onto the incumbent residents.
