They both went above and beyond to help get the house purchase pushed through even though we had various problems and delays to deal with. If we ever have to move from this property then there's no doubt that we will be using Greenleaf and can thoroughly recommend them for thier services. 5 stars 100%

GoogleWe had an extremely challenging property to sell due to it needing extensive renovation and updating. Greenleaf were very proactive in finding us a buyer and kept us informed at every stage. From viewings, which they were happy to attend, right through to exchange of contracts we were kept fully in the picture. I unequivocally have no reservations in recommending Greenleaf as we received excellent service both in the way the sale was handled and finding us a buyer.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic - No need to look anywhere else on Rochester High Street when you have the A Team that are Joe & Chris! Greenleaf Property Services have been amazing, we needed to sell our home quickly so as not to lose out on the new house we had found and Joe & Chris leapt into action. Their service was first class from start to finish, they are experienced, professional, knowledgeable and great guys to work with, everything was taken care of and communication was amazing - thank you guys for making our dreams come true we would and already have been recommending Greenleaf Property Services

GoogleVery happy with my recent house sale through Greenleaf in Rochester. Quick and simple with no pressure sales techniques. The expected sale price was spot on and the sales fees were reasonable. Chris & Joe very on the ball and took care of a lot of chasing up with the buyer and solicitors when things weren’t moving as quickly as they could. Would be happy to use again.

"The Team" were very helpful Chris etc they have just had an addition Joe who has a wealth of experience too!
