Greenleaf are an amazing company not only a great estate agent in their selves but literally a fantastic team who support & help with not only the sale of your property but with any other aspect they can assist in from start to finish. Not only have they sold my bungalow in rochester but also sold my son his first property & then sold it for us again. Over the last 3 yrs I have become a good friend of Chris’s & I intend to stay in contact with him as a friend of the family in the coming future. Never know when I might need him again at some point hopefully not. But will also stay intouch as friends including Joe. Thanks for everything from karen gary & Louis x

Would give 10 stars if I could! Absolutely incredible experience when purchasing my property and putting it on the lettings market, right from the team who first showed me around, to the team who sorted the tenant for the lettings. Coming off the back of a property that had fallen through, GreenLeaf's service was on another level to my past experience. The staff are kind, genuine and caring, and made my first house purchase as enjoyable as possible. They were keen to put my mind at ease at all stages, and thoroughly explain all the process (I must admit, my knowledge of property buying was limited), which is highly appreciated. I will be using GreenLeaf, and only GreenLeaf, to purchase future properties, cannot be faulted!

I caught him out today by him telling me lies that a room was taken but offered the same room to another person that very same day. The WORST mould EVER

The WORST mould I have ever seen in all my life. I initially decided to hold back on a negative review when I first moved in because I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and time to fix the issue. Month after month I was ignored and directed to different members of staff within Greenleaf every time I called. I left several maintenance reports on the portal I was instructed to use anytime there was an issue with the property. each and every one of my maintenance issues was ignored. The landlord came in one day and scraped off all the mould with a paint scraper and left the walls exposed to the brick!!! 6 months later its not been fixed and I am having health issues with my breathing and guess what? The house was AUCTIONED off without Greenleaf informing me that they are no longer my agents! Now I am being told " There's nothing we can do as we are no longer letting your property to you, please contact your new landlord " TYPICAL!!! but for 6 months whilst I complained you were my agents and you did NOTHING! Therefore I will be taking you to court suing for damages to my items and stress. stay away from this company and DO NOT believe a word Chris, Nicole, Sue or Amelia tell you they are bunch of rogue agents who only have their best interest at heart not their tenants
