All the staff were really helpful and friendly taking time to help me understand the process and any next steps, which was really important to me as we were first time buyers. Amanda, Chris & Suzi on the team worked tirelessly to help make the process as easy as possible. We didn't have a great experience with our solicitor but Greenleaf kept on top of things, were responsive to any questions and really put me at ease. I'd highly recommend them! I leased a property from Greenleaf for just over 2 years, from start to finish their staff have always been on-hand to ensure that any enquiry I had was quickly resolved and I was given lots of time to renew contracts, schedule inspections etc. Unfortunately I had to move out as the landlord needed their property back - this was a stress-free process as I was given plenty of notice despite leaving much earlier than my contract intended.
