GoogleDealing with Greenleaf Property is a wonderful experience. After being in UK, I have met different est agents for different reasons. Greenleaf Property is the third est agent I met in UK. Previously, B?n Si??ins and hXXrt, they are scumbags, they don’t reply you and ignore your needs and requests. They made like trading in black hole and they lied to me. These experiences were my long nightmares. However, Greenleaf Property is totally different. This time, I was being a buyer, I didn’t pay for Greenleaf Property, but Greenleaf Property treated me as VIP! They replied me within two hours each time after I asked some questions. And, they didn’t reject my viewing requests that I had viewed the property few times. Especially, I should thank Chris and Joe. They helped me actively and proactively to solve problems that I could have spare time to solve other home moving issues. Thank you, Chris and Joe!

GoogleWe have recently sold our property in Rochester through Greenleaf and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish their service was brilliant. Their knowledge of the local market was far in excess of the other estate agents we considered, as was their ability to highlight the benefits of our property to prospective buyers - ultimately helping us to achieve an asking price offer in a challenging market. Further to this, their proactive approach in sales progression was hugely appreciated and really helped to minimise stress. We would not hesitate to use recommend Joe and Chris or to use them again in the future.

GoogleMy daughter recommended this company to sell my property in Rochester: Our family has previously used them 3 times for sales and once for a let. I dealt with Chris and Joe. I have bought 8 houses in my life so far, and never had such a good experience. The property sold quickly. Difficulties with solicitor’s questions were handled efficiently by them. All worries were taken care of, so that the process was remarkably stress-free. I unhesitatingly recommend this company, in particular Chris and Joe, for property transactions.

We are so grateful for Greenleaf’s support throughout the buying process. After the purchase of our first property fell through, Chris went above and beyond to help find us another home, and kept us well informed and reassured throughout. Being new to property purchasing, the whole process can be a little overwhelming but the team were always happy to help with any questions or concerns we had. You can really see just how much they care about their clients and we can’t recommend them enough!

GoogleI've just got the keys to my first property yesterday. The property was advertised by green leaf and I was met by Joe at the viewing, from the moment I met Joe this whole "buying a house is stressful" didn't apply, it toke about 3 months for everything to go through and Joe had great knowledge, his communication was spot on from start to finish, always kept me informed with every step everyone toke and describe what the next step was so I understood. I would recommend anyone buying a property to go see them. As you will not be disappointed. Thank Joe and the Team much appreciated

I have rented with Greenleaf since 2022 and from the start they have been the best landlord I have had in my history of renting. I feel appreciated as a tenant and feel they do all they can to provide a supportive service. They look after their properties well and all staff are welcoming in their communication.

GoogleIt is a non-empathetic agency that always looks to collect more money. It is just another real estate agency that would keep increasing your rent by 30-40%, saying the market situation and owners want the higher rent. Stay or leave; please understand that not all circumstances support moving out that easily. Even house-shifting costs a lot of money, and the increase starts from the first year itself. Don't worry; this thing will bite you back sooner or later.
Sorry to hear that you are unhappy regarding the rent increase on your property. Rents are reviewed in accordance to market rent and mortgage requirements, every good management agent will review rent on a yearly basis no matter where you rent, this is normal practice.

I have to say greenleaf Rochester were brilliant in the purchase of my house, even though they wasn't who I was selling with, the was part of the chain who I was buying from, but the work they did behind the scenes chasing up was brilliant, far far better then the company I used! If only I'd had known! Amanda and Chris was fantastic, getting things done and chasing up, in such circumstances where things was a little complicated but constantly keeping me informed! Fantastic service! do your self's a favour don't sell through these so called big high Street chains! There all the same... Rip offs!...Really wish I had used a decent estate agents like these guys to sell,it's really opened up my eyes! however should I decide I'm the future to sell up I know who I will be using!
