We initially purchased from Donald Ross & after dealing with Maureen who was so helpful, knowledgeable & just a lovely person so we went with them to sell our property. Great service all round all members of staff very professional & nothing is ever a problem in helping you or answering any queries. Definitely recommended this company.

FacebookThey are a bunch of cowboys daughter and son in law had a property with them house was given back in better condition than it was when they got it and they think itβs apparently a good idea to withhold there deposit STAY WELL CLEAR of this company

We recently sold and bought with Donald Ross, the whole process from initial valuation to closing date was excellent. The intenseness of the market current was incredibly well managed by the team at Donald Ross. They maintained frequent contact, updating and providing advice where necessary. Buying and selling home is always a stressful time however I am happy to highly recommend Donald Ross estate agents and wouldnβt sell again without them.

FacebookDid not enjoy my time being a tenant with Donald ross. We rented in Ayr and at first it was a quick move in all smooth. But just throughout the tenancy when we tried to contact donald ross it took weeks to get things resolved, we asked 4 times for the βfor rentβ sign to be taken away and it took around 2 months to be taken but as soon as we phoned with our move out day the sign was up again in a day. We are still waiting on our deposit and havent heard anything, everytime we phoned everyone just sounded like they didnt want to be there and like we should know everything. Wasnt the best and wont rent from again.

A first class company and as with all the best companies its the staff that are to be commended,professional,approachable and friendly throughout all the processes Iβve had. FacebookI bought my first property from Donald Ross in 2014 and when looking to sell I knew no other estate agent would match their level of professionalism. James who valued my property was approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He took first class photographs and nothing was too much trouble. This was the first time I'd ever sold a property and both James and Nicola put me at ease and kept me well informed throughout. On visiting the office itself, I was always met with a smile and staff who were friendly and eager to help. FacebookWe have arranged to view the farmhouse, the person who was showing us a house was young and had no clue about the property, he actually asked us what price of the property is at and what the listing description says while the lady on the phone said weβd have a person who can answer any questions about it. The house was said to be newly refurbished but in realty it was all dump with signs of slugs slime all over carpets, mould and insects, there was even poison present on the floor which looked like it was for either the slugs or rats. The floor in the kitchen was damaged with holes in it, while the sofas in the leaving room were dirty, dump and with mouldy bags under the sofas pillows. The garaged was also mouldy, smelled very badly and was cluttered with dirty and dump brick o brack. We were yet still interested in the property due to location and were willing to refurbish the interior fully, the person was showing us the property was supposed to call us with an update but after a longer while we decided to give the agency a call to enquiry about and got told the property has been taken by someone and itβs now gone. We are very disappointed and offended that no one gave us a wee call as we would have been waiting forever.
