Matthew, Rory and Jon at Hamptons in Richmond have been absolutely fantastic in supporting us through the process of selling our house as well as securing the sale of our new property. I have fully trusted their judgment and they have provided very sound and strategic advice at critical decision points. Whenever we have hit a roadblock (not due to them!) they have been very proactive in getting it resolved and coming up with solutions. They have also been brilliant mediators between buying and selling parties and getting the deal done. The team are incredibly approachable, very responsive and they have gone above and beyond to help us at every stage in the process. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. The service has been wonderful, thank you Hamptons Team!

Justin from Hamptons was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He arranged multiple viewings with short notice and ensured that we had a very smooth, fast exchange and completion. Would thoroughly recommend. We then went back to Hamptons when we wanted to sell our house and dealt with Cameron. The process was very smooth and despite being in quite a long chain everything went according to plan. Cameron's team went out of their way to help make things easier, even dealing with the staging furniture delivery and removals for us.

My husband and I were looking for a 2 beds flat in Richmond in October and November, which are the most difficult months due to low availability in the property market and the most sought after type of property. However I was impressed by the good advice and professionalism of Sheila O'Brien, who no only arranged very quickly the viewings but also provided a sensible and accurate advice during our house hunting. Furthermore, I felt that Sheila knew from the beginning what we were looking for, so we avoided unnecessary viewings. She kept showing properties relevant to our location and needs as soon as they appeared in the market. She was also very flexible when requested specific times and very professional at all times. Thank goodness there is a Hamptons in Richmond, Surrey, UK. My sister having moved to the USA to live with me, left the sale of the apartment in Richmond in the very capable hands of Matthew Gilbert at Hamptons. We approached two estate agents for advice about selling my father in law’s house. We decided to work with Hamptons because we liked their no-nonsense delivery of advice and answers to our many questions. They are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in the business of selling houses in the area and the empathetic and composed manner in which they dealt with us was most appreciated at a stressful time and with the added ‘unknowns’ about brexit and the effect of it on the property market. The team were extremely honest and kind and provided us with helpful advice and support through the stressful process of moving home.  Our house was under offer within a couple of weeks and Hamptons also managed to keep our buyers happy as we spent longer than we initially thought securing our onward property.  This is the second property we've sold through Hamptons and I actively recommend them to anyone - they are the best estate agents. The Richmond branch are especially lovely.
