Hamptons in Richmond were incredible from start to finish of my first time house buying process! When I saw a flat online that I liked but was abroad Matthew sent me a video tour and put such effort, care and time into it that I really trusted him and put an offer in without seeing the flat! Fast forward a month or so and I am just about to complete! Cameron has been brilliant at chasing solicitors either end and keeping me updated on a near daily basis. I can’t thank the Hamptons team enough for making buying a flat such an easy and stress free experience!!!

Summary: this is unequivocally a 5 star review/rating for Hamptons Richmond, specifically for their Sales Consultant, Rory Clarke. For context, I was looking to buy a 3 bedroom property in or around Richmond for our family of four (two young kids). I’d suffered a plethora of ‘ghost’ listings and wasted time from other agencies during my search, who then bombarded me with random properties in which I had no interest. Then came along Hamptons, Richmond, a breath of fresh air. The whole experience was completely professional. Rory attended the viewing, and personally supported me throughout the whole buying process. Rory was exceptionally responsive to emails and calls, as well as SMS when the occasion arose. It wasn’t a straightforward sale due to a shorthold tenancy that still had a few months to run, but again Rory (with support from Mathew Gilbert) managed to keep me aligned with the seller through to exchange of contracts.
