Sheila O’Brien is amazing, she is very attentive, makes sure everything happens in its timing and she goes out of her way to to do it. Sheila got us (me & my husband) our rented home and being self employed can seemingly cause delays in getting your home but Sheila got onto it and made it happen in its timing. Hamptons Richmond office is our first choice when it comes to buying, selling and renting property. We bought our house 11 years ago via Hamptons, and we’re pleased to find that the excellent service back then, was even better today when selling the very same house. Matthew, Jon, and Rory were all incredibly helpful, efficient and professional and communicated every step of the way in a very clear and friendly manner. Jon even recommended an excellent solicitor who worked alongside with us and the Hamptons. Before the completion Damian arranged a renting agreement in a seamless manner, all in all; selling the property, and Hampton’s renting service was perfect throughout the process and highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Hamptons Estate Agents in Richmond. I had to look for a flat in the Richmond and Twickenham area and called a selection of different agents. Hamptons was the best by far! Sheila O'Brien is extremely professional, courteous and made the entire letting process the best it could be. We had the pleasure to rent a house with Hamptons last April. Since we contacted the agency and specially with Sheila O brien everything was fantastic. She was always helping since the very first moment explaining to us the whole rental process. Sheila gave us advice with all the documents that we needed it to upload and when doubts came she was super agile answering in very short time. She was always trying to find a solution for us. She was very quick and very gentle answering all the specifics in the contracts. Once we understood all the Terms and Conditions and after we signed the contract Sheila offered very useful advices around the neighbourhood and different topics to assure our life here was easier. We are not used to have this excelent service in other rentals we did in the past. Also our property manager ( Ameesha Florant) is lovely, always willing to help and she is very efficient with all the queries we have concerning the property. Definitely we highly recommend the agency and Sheila because she was very profesional, it is clear to us that they are in the business since many years and they put the tenant in the center to offer high quality service.

Jon at Richmond Office achieved the sale of my property at a very good price in circumstances which were less than ideal. There had been significant structural repairs which led to buyer caution and Jon dealt professionally and knowledgeably with these issues. He was always responsive and available to review progress and followed up “after hours”. Jon liaised very effectively between buyer and seller and his enthusiasm is second to none. Sheila @ Hamptons Richmond is extremely professional, result-orientated and cooperative. She did an excellent job in understanding our situation and timelines involved. She arranged several viewings in quick succession and secured very good tenants for our property two months in advance of our move out dates. Above all, they are fair to landlords and tenants which is rare these days.
