GoogleAs property manager for my flat let, Ginevra has been instrumental in resolving a problem I was having with the local council. GoogleFriendly team at Kew, and helpful outside of the standard service. Eg. I was stuck to keep my bags somewhere prior to moving in and they helped me out on at least a couple of occasions. Also, had a contract fall through while out of the country and they helped me get another place, albeit significantly more expensive. The only areas I think could be improved would be at Dexters level to not use LettingsHub service, as it's an utterly shocking customer experience, and there seems to be higher quality alternatives available. Also, everyone often seemed to be either overworked or forgetful and unable to follow up on their own commitments to return calls or follow up. You can take this with a grain of salt perhaps as I'm used to Japanese customer service level the last few years, so have no other frame of reference to go by for the points to improve 😀

From the approach, phone calls, setting up a viewing (very quick), following up, trying to find us a back up property, I mean the service that I haven't seen or feel not just in real estate but in any other industry.
