I cannot state highly enough how wonderful Emma has been through a difficult purchase process. From suggesting the property in the first place ( that I initially did not want to see) right through to the exchange ( turns out I loved it). Emma is a voice of reason, and a great negotiator Many curve balls were sent to test us but she dealt with them all with humour, kindness and patience. We received first class service from the Kew Dexters team from sales to lettings! I just could not fault them. Starting with Luke understanding our requirements and managing to match us to a property we had dismissed online... the house we bought was absolutely stunning and the photos did not do the property any justice. They were very professional and kept us fully updated throughout the sale process. We also instructed the lettings team to let our house, Joe and his team were extremely enthusiastic and not only Dexters were the most professional in the area; they also manged to achieve an offer way above what other agents said we could get for the property! I highly recommend them!

So, we used Dexters Kew to find our current property that we've been in for 2 years. Shan helped us find the place and was very helpful, patient and supportive throughout the process. The property management side of it has been quite slick. We've been supported by Ginny (Ginerva) throughout the two years and any problems have been solved quickly. Things like toilet breaking - fixed, fridge broke - replaced, oven broke - replaced, window locks not working - fixed, heating thermostat broken - fixed. I have to say the property is quite dated so hence all the things going wrong but we don't mind as we love it there! All in all a great service. We're currently on our way out and Ginny has been super helpful with preparing us for our check out. I think the above says it all really!

It has been a while since moving in to the rented property that Dexters of Kew Bridge facilitated for us and therfore a review is long overdue. The best way to describe the staff of dexters would be to say they are phenomenal. There were a couple of times when I thought the process was somewhat intrusive but reality bought me back to the ground and when you think logically, these wonderful staff are custodians of somebody's property and you really get the feeling that if it were your property you too would wish that the necessary checks that have to be concluded will in the end leave you worry free. Dexters have had that effect on our experience of becoming tenants and have enhanced our decision to use Dexters by their due diligence, professionalism, and friendly and informative direction they take in finding the right property for you. Would we use Dexters at Kew again? Absolutely, the team on the bridge are great and the best thing is they now know us very well so when the time comes for another property, this team are the only ones we wish to contact. there is a saying, " You can't improve on perfection " so I am not even going to try. there are two people I would like to single out, first is Sebastian, this gentleman displayed the patience of a saint when it came to finding the right and specific type of property we required but above all he came through for us ! Well done and thank you Sebastien. the second person I wish to mention is Ginevra, this wonderful girl is our Property Manager, before we moved in Ginevra contacted us and gave us reassurances that if there were any issues she could help with then to let her know, we did have a minor issue but after getting on the phone to Ginevra she was so to speak on the case, and within hours the issue had been sorted. She is professional, polite, always returns calls or emails quickly and very diligent in wanting to help in any way possible, I can't praise here enough. Thank you Ginevra, you and your side of the team are part of the best team that is at Dexters Kew. Keep doing what you do best, because you make a difference. Paul H.
