Within 10 days of Dexters marketing my flat I have an excellent and quality tenant who moved in on day 11 !! Beth and Alexandra were both very responsive and professional throughout the process and I can't thank them enough for finding a tenant so quickly. One more positive about Dexters is the fact that unlike other estate agents they don't ask for the commission fee to be paid upfront which is a great help at the beginning of the tenancy. Extremely disappointed. They said the property would be repainted and all the problems would be fixed before we moved in but many problems still existed when we moved in and the flat was NOT CLEANED PROFESSIONALLY. Bits and bobs were left everywhere and we had to do a proper clean by ourselves. It was disgraceful! It's been a month since we moved in now, we are still waiting for a contractor to come and not to fix the problems, but to ASSESS it!!! They don't like responding emails, the communication is so poor. They say all the nice things to try to get you in. Once you sign the contract, they don't really care about you anymore. Typical. I wish we have chosen a different agent.
