We sold our house with Dexters in October 2025. It was a challenging sale, with several offers that didn’t reach completion and unexpected issues arising from works we had done. It was a stressful time for us, especially as we were based abroad, but the team at Dexters were incredible throughout. They gave us sound, balanced advice, were empathetic and genuinely caring, and went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. The team were proactive, always chasing all parties, keeping us informed with regular updates, and maintaining great energy and professionalism from start to finish. I recently rented a property managed by Dexters and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The move-in process was particularly unprofessional. I was handed the keys by someone who wasn't even familiar with the property. They were unable to answer basic questions about the flat, including the location of meters. They literally handed the keys on the street and disappeared in less than 2 min after, without even showing me to the flat. Furthermore, several clauses outlined in my contract were not upheld post-move-in, including professional cleaning promised repairs not completed, etc. This disregard for agreed-upon terms added unnecessary stress to my move. My interactions with Paris Court were consistently unproductive, and my concerns were not addressed in a satisfactory manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency.

Kew is a lovely area to live in. We rented through Dexters over a two year period, and whilst there were a few tense moments relating to the contract (which is why i'm not giving 5 stars), being looked after by lettings consultant, Aoife Gammell, was fantastic! Emailing tenants on christmas eve - 11 days late of the 3 month notice period about rental increases on a property that is literally falling apart . Awhere the landlord has failed on multiple occasions to fix dammaged and broken aspects of the property . Misleading property description claiming that bathroom is modern and garden is beautiful when there are holes in the fences and no new fittings in the bathroom . This is a disgusting tactic to put pressure on young families at a very stressful time of year and Dexters should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business in such a disgraceful manor
