Letting service of a high and professional standard

It has been a smooth and pleasant experience to rent out our apartment with Chase Buchanan Lettings. Dominick helped to get the process to start, and Kate provided strong and responsive support from the start to securing tenancy. It was followed by equally high standard support work from Kena who kept us updated throughout the progression period to after tenants move-in. Eve from the property management team took over the responsibilities of facilitating communications between tenants and us, as well as help and support to resolve any issues reported from tenants during the initial move-in period. Over the entire rent-out process, the instructions and advices from the entire letting team have been clear, comprehensive and yet straightforward to follow. It has made what could have been a more complex process much easier. We have been kept informed throughout, and feel well supported. I’d highly recommend Chase Buchanan Lettings team for their professionalism, efficiency and customer care efforts.

Daniel Johns at the Richmond branch of Chase Buchanan has been outstanding through the whole process of the sale of our flat in Richmond. From the outset, Daniel has given very good advice starting with a realistic and evidenced based valuation which turned out to be spot on. He is a great communicator and very proactive, which was particularly needed as we had a series of difficulties with the communication between our lawyer and the buyer’s. Daniel went above and beyond and I do not believe we would have got to the point of exchange for this particular sale without him. We are very grateful and would highly recommend.

I very strongly recommend Danny Hicks and Daniel Johns at Chase Buchanan. I have been very impressed with the expertise and professionalism throughout the three elements of the sales process: 1. Planning/strategy. Both Danny and Daniel set out a clear strategy for marketing the property including timescales and expected offers plus what to do in case this wasn’t achieved. 2. Communication. This was first rate, both in terms of frequency and content. 3. Implementation. Sales are becoming more complex and can fail after an offer has been accepted. Danny and Daniel were super in offering continued support to both parties that was integral to achieving the exchange. In summary, I would not hesitate is using Chase Buchanan again and wholeheartedly recommend them.
