Chase Buchanan Downend were the estate agents for our purchase, which was far from simple and due to issues at the bottom of the chain, took 9 months to complete. Although we weren't their client, we found them always welcoming and helpful when we did deal with them. Should we sell in the area, we'd be sure to use them.

After we had an appallingly bad experience last year with another - supposedly market leading - agency, we decided to put our house back on the market with Danny and Daniel, and couldn't have asked for a better team and a better result. They are both incredibly professional and know their market extremely well. They did an outstanding job from start to finish, putting the house on the market quickly, selecting the best viewings, and securing a reliable buyer and a good price for our house, with help and advice throughout the process.
