The Team at Chase Buchanan Richmond went above and beyond for the sale of my property. They faced some of the worst curve balls any one could ever face and yet their work rate, positivity and profesionalism never wavered. They worked well with both sets of solicitors and took on much more work than was required of them to ease the process. One of the other most important aspects was the care and attention they gave my property when undertaking viewings. Having used two other estate agents in the area I was left with scratched wooden floors and trails of dirt. Chase Buchanan were exemplrary in that respect and I never had any worries about damage. Danny Hicks led the team and from a prompt valuation and taking of instructions he and Fiona Oakley quickly produced and made live the sales particulars and proactively encouraged and conducted viewings. Review for Campions Lettings and Management (now Chase Buchanan)

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Campions Lettings and Management, now acquired by Chase Buchanan. For the past four months, they have failed to address a serious mould issue in our rental property. Despite sending multiple contractors to assess the problem, the quotes provided to the landlord have been consistently rejected.The company has done nothing to resolve the issue and has repeatedly lied, claiming that the contractors are not providing quotes and that they are chasing them up. This has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable property management.
