I have used Chase Buchanan for many years, mainly for lettings and I have always found them a friendly and professional company to work with. Recently I had the pleasure to deal with the Richmond office and my experience went up another notch. I had three flats to rent and decided to put them on with multiple agencies. Chelsea Ryan and Elliot Finn were exceptional. I had regular feedback from them, their office had the most viewings resulting in them finding suitable tenants for two of the three properties for me.This I thought was impressive ,especially considering the competition. They were a pleasure to work with and extremely efficient and I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Top Class Service and Professionalism I sold my flat through Chase Buchanan, Richmond and was blown away by the levels of care, professionalism and quality from start to finish. I had needed a valuation a couple of years ago and had 3 different agencies come to engage, Danny from Chase Buchanan stood out head and shoulders above the rest with his attention to detail and the confidence he inspired. When it came to putting the property on the market, there was only ever one choice and Chase Buchanan didn't disappoint. Daniel Johns and Danny Hicks were both fantastic to deal with, really thorough and dedicated - they kept us up bang up to date throughout and helped ensure we priced the property correctly. Every engagement and discussion with them was managed with really well, never felt rushed, any suggestions were backed up with data and justification and the open communication was very refreshing. Could not recommend highly enough.

Harassment

Emailed them once about a flat 1 month ago on Zoopla. Since then, I have been phoned relentlessly. I have called them, emailed them and told them that this is harassment, that they need to delete my phone number and I do not want to be phoned. I am distressed as I am still getting phone calls by them weekly. By law, this is the definition of harassment. I should know, because I'm a solicitor. I have run out of options, therefore I'm writing this review. I don't know what else to do, if this continues I have to report them to the police.

Second property sold with Alex, Michelle and Laura, if you want a team that will go above and beyond and work tirelessly to get a deal done, I would highly recommend chase Buchanan downend. Unlike some of their neighbouring estate agents, Alex , Michelle and Laura will keep you updated and be transparent, they’re expertise and knowledge is worth the weight in gold.Support and after care is second to none. Had a very tricky chain with some very poor estate agents involved further down the chain, however Alex, Michelle and Laura stepped up to cover the lack of professionalism by the others and were constantly keeping us updated and making sure the deal was kept alive, it’s very clear these guys are the best in business . Nothing is a problem and they treat you as family. They took control on multiple occasions and pushed all the legal teams to get the process finished. Without the efforts from all at chase the deal would have fallen through. If you want to make buying and selling a little simpler then choose these, they will get the job done and you won’t regret it.

We have recently sold through Chase and both Dan and Danny were imperative to this happening. It was not the easiest of sales with the first buyer pulling out at the 11th hour the first time around (at no fault of the agent) but they gave us the right advice and re sold the property quickly afterwards. We had a strict deadline to get the sale through before Christmas to which Daniel worked incredibly hard to get done and succeeded in doing so! One final thing is that they were both always on hand to discuss the sale. Whether by phone or email....which in a market where nothing is easy, this really can put your mind at ease. Best estate agents in Richmond - Dan Johns & Danny Hicks In this horrible Brexit buyers market, if you wish to sell your flat, Chase Buchanan is you best bet! Out flat was on sale with 2 other popular high street agents for a long while (before we moved to Chase Buchanan) , during that time, our flat attracted many viewings but the other agents never managed to seal a deal. But Daniel (CB)found us 2 buyers within 3 months of marketing our flat. We had certain issues during our sale, our buyer was very difficult, but Danny helped iron everything out and handled the exchange process so smoothly and professionally. We would never have been able to move to our next home if not for their dedication and hard work. We can’t thank them enough. They were very transparent and understanding throughout the process, they never once gave us False hopes but neither did they let us loose faith. They were so quick to revert with viewing feedbacks unlike other agents we had employed earlier. Danny and Dan are so quick to respond to emails, and they make you feel that you as a customer mean a lot to them! So if you are after agents who are truthful, honest, and who can deliver even in tough Brexit market, Dan and Danny is whom you should go to.

I have been pleasantly impressed with Chase Buchanan and especially Dan Johns. He offers a lot of guidance and support, especially in the current market and Brexit influences. He has made it easy and accessible to keep in touch and he has chased the vendor and made sure the chain will progress nicely and in a timely manner. Furthermore, the human element has been absolutely great, as we felt like we have a friend in charge of the move. Dan has been paying a lot of attention to details and has been able to advise us one step in advance for all the different steps and what may affect the time scale.
