We originally signed our tenancy agreement with Lets Move who offered a great service. Then they got bought by Chase Buchanan and that's where our problems started...We reported a mould problem throughout the flat and nothing was done about it. The carpet and walls were damp to touch and it wasn't until we got an independent inspection that we learned the place was riddled with mould mites. This explained my partners asthma condition worsening considerably.On the very rare occasion they did reply to our polite and reasonable emails we got a blunt, unhelpful response often written in a defensive tone accepting no responsibility.After almost a year of living in these conditions we decided to cut our losses and managed to find another flat to move into. This involved having to replace a large proportion of furniture as we did not want to take the mould mite infestation with us, costing thousands.To some up their unprofessional approach to letting they tried withholding our deposit to go towards fixing the damp issue. Our deposit was quickly returned when we suggested going legal.We are now renting through Taylors who cannot do enough to help us and the whole process feels a lot more professional.

I am the landlord of a property that is managed by Chase Buchanan. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle Hand and Bijou Pasticheur in the Hampton Hill office. They are always courteous, helpful and extremely efficient. I have had issues both with the current tenants and also problems with water/boilers that have been dealt with very promptly.

GoogleThe agent demonstrated a great exemple on why estate agent can have a bad reputation. They were trying to sale a flat which wasn’t saleable, which we found out 6 months in the process. They probably do their job when there is no problem solving to do.. because the client relation skills were very poor in our situation. They did not tried to contact me as the comment stats below. I will stay away from this agency. I now found my new home with a different estate agency who showed more professionalism and human skills.

GoogleHi have worked closely with Elliot & Chelsea @ Chase Buchanan recently and have been very impressed with their service. Elliot is on the ball and is very in touch with the market in Richmond & Kew in particular. Would definitely recommend using their service and I will in future should i need an agent in the area.

Chase buchanan and campions are absolutely disgusting. I was a tenant in plymouth. They told me 6 weeks after I left the property that there was damage to the property (hmm funny that). Obviously incorrect. Also had to report faulty doors about 5 times. Small room had a faulty light. Mould on the wall and some moron couldn't even fix up a cabinet under the sink. Gas hob which had no spark button and they knew! Money grabbers.
