He is always contactable and provides clarity of the moving process which put us - first time movers - at ease. GoogleReally grateful to the team at Chancellors, but especially Daniel Johns, for making our flat purchase as smooth as possible, despite nearly losing it to a competing buyer with another agent. Also impressed at how helpful they've been with holding keys etc. since the sale completed. This our 3rd time of using Chancellors (renting and buying) and we'll definitely choose them if we need an agent in future.

GoogleI can recommend Daniel @ Richmond Office. I had some unique requirements for renting a property and Daniel listened to my requirements and found me a suitable place within a week. Dealing with Daniel with quick and easy and the follow up service once i had moved in to check everything was ok was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or use his services again.

GoogleDuring our tenancy, their property management team were reasonably good. However, the exit process wasn't so good. The end of tenancy cleaning company we used missed some minor things (cooker hood, some tiles in the bathroom), but all in all the (1 bed) flat was 95+% cleaned professionally. Due to the slow communication process post tenancy with chancellor's, we couldn't remonstrate with the cleaning company, and chancellor's wanted us to use their own cleaning company to reclean the entire flat again at an outrageous cost of several hundred pounds! We eventually managed to persuade our cleaning company to go back and sort out free of charge. Getting our deposit back required chasing too, which was frustrating as chancellor's don't seem too bothered with responding once you've left the property.

GoogleI couldn't find suitable long-term accommodation for about 1.5 months. At some point, I went to view the apartment from Chancellors. Although that flat didn't suit me, I talked to the agent (Samuel Hall), explained what exactly I was looking for -- he took into account my wishes and helped me find a great apartment!

GoogleAwful experience. Untrustworthy people. We did all the paperwork for letting a flat about month before our moving date and they didn't warn us the property was on sale (by themselves!) at the same time. We had signed the agreement, paid for the offer and still 10 days before our moving date, they said the landlord had accepted an offer for selling and wouldn't sign the agreement. Extremely unprofessional, never again.

GoogleI was very impressed with the professionalism I received from Chancellors, and in particular Andrew Jourdain and Aisling Finn. They are a pleasure to deal with, and are very efficient and effective at what they do. They found me a tenant straight away and at a very competitive rental. I would definitely recommend Andrew and his team.
