GoogleAwful experience. The house we had signed the tenancy agreement for, completed all the checks, paid a deposit and first months rent for at the request of Chancellors was actually sold the weekend before we were supposed to move in. We were chasing our (I can only assume extremely inexperienced) agent daily to follow up with landlord to get the contract signed or find out what was going on only to be met with a very blasé attitude and unreturned calls. Complete lack of professionalism and empathy during a stressful time. Will not be using them again. What a let down and a waste of everyone’s time.

GoogleMy wife and I can't thank Chancellors enough for their hard work and friendly, yet professional approach. The whole team are great to deal with and Joanne Fox is a particular star, she really is on the ball and motivates the rest of her team to go the extra mile. We lost our first buyer through no fault of Chancellors (or us!) and within 2 working days Chancellors found us another buyer at the same price. If only all estate agents were this good.

GoogleWe just completed the sale of our Flat in Richmond through Chancellors. A huge amount of credit goes to Jo Fox and her team for their hard work in securing a sale for us. We had a rather lengthy period of 12 weeks to get to exchange which became overly complicated at times due to the purchasers financing structure, ie through no fault of Chancellors. Jo and James Biss were extremely helpful in keeping in regular contact as to how things were progressing as well as chasing the relevant parties to speed things up. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying in the area, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleChancellors were fantastic with selling our house. The best estate agents we've ever had. In particular Joanne Fox ran our sale and made the whole transition very smooth. They are very clever about the way they sell houses and we felt very relaxed that our property was being sold in the best possible light, and using techniques such as open days to get as many people in as possible. Jo sold our house in 1 day after organising a fully booked open-day and easily achieved asking price. And even though the house wasn't on the market long, we knew exactly how it was being promoted with regular emails about how many times it had been viewed online/asked about on the phone etc. We've completed and Jo is still helping us sort out postal problems etc. We will be gutted that if we move again we will be out of their selling area. If you want to sell in/around Richmond these are the guys to go with.

It's evident that Sam is passionate about knowing his market places, and gets the job done. If you’re looking to rent, he goes all the way with you. We never ever have seen such a kind man like Sam. I highly recommend Sam, I am confident you will be pleased with not just his abilities . . . but the results he produces to find the right place to live.

Not only is Joanne an absolute pleasure to deal with, but she is highly professional, extremely hard working and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our sale was a success - despite a number of challenges along the way, which Joanne was unfailingly helpful with. Our experience with Chancellors was entirely different to our dealings with other agents, and we feel that Chancellors' honesty, integrity and quality of advice genuinely set them apart from competitors. GoogleMy wife and I have just purchased a fabulous property in Richmond. Chancellors were very helpful from start to finish. We originally dealt with Daniel, who was helpful and informative. He knew what he was talking about and advised us very well. Once we had settled on a property we then dealt with Joanne Fox the sales manager. She was excellent. Joanne kept us constantly informed and worked hard to keep the process moving. She was in constant contact with ourselves, the solicitors and the vendor. Chancellors have an energy that other estate agents don't seem to have.

His dedication and professionalism so rare and unique that we felt absolutely safe in his hands. We would recommend anyone to use him as their agent. Not just a wonderful and warm personality but a highly intelligent guy that really knows his way around the letting world! We were not asked to write this review - we actually insisted on doing so as we want to spread the word on how efficient and authentic Will is. GoogleMy experience with Sam Hall and Chancellors office in general has been perfect, without any problems. Sam is really friendly, helpful, easy to contact and really tries to make sure that everything will work out fine. The flats look actually the way the look in the pictures, in contrast to other agencies. All the procedures are run efficiently and quickly. 100% recommended if you are looking to let a property!

GoogleAndrew Jourdain and his team consistently achieve good results by being attentive and positive in all their dealings . They know the local market very well and happily pass on good advice .Andrew in particular has a view on most things which is usually worth listening to . There is the occasional accounting glitch but they quickly put things right and you can always get through to an intelligent person who is happy to help.
