I have been with Chancellors since 2016, so my opinion is definitely not superficial. I honestly have nothing negative to say only praise. Any issues that may arise with the property are resolved very quickly. There is also an incredibly friendly atmosphere in the office, and someone is always ready to help you immediately. The manager, Andrew, is a true professional and also a very kind and human person. He has built a team that reflects his approach. I sincerely recommend this agency if you want to find a comfortable place to live and not worry if any issues or questions come up in the future.

I recently completed the process of finding a new flat to let in Richmond with Chancellors and found them to be extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout. Louise and Miira were extremely responsive and patient, and despite me being away for work and unavailable, constantly kept me up to date. He was so incredibly efficient, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, and we are both so grateful to him! We had a couple of delays with the Lettings Hub referencing process, but Finlay was always more than happy to help and chase them for us. We will never trust this agency again. 10 months ago they lied to us about almost everything about the flat. They said the managing company was great, there were solar panels (to save on bills), and that only part of the building would be let to council tenants. None of this was true. There are no solar panels, we often don’t have hot water or heating, we had a big mould for a month in our bedroom because of the leaking pipes (managing company didn't care), most of the flats have been given to council tenants, and a few times a month there is urine in the lift. We can't wait to move out soon. I deleted my last review myself, after the agency contacted me, but the problems haven’t stopped, so I think it’s fair to leave this here.

Finding a good rental in London is hard enough, but finding a professional and genuinely helpful agent is even harder. We were lucky to come across Sam at Chancellors Richmond. Sam patiently showed us the flat, answered all our questions in detail, and made sure we felt comfortable before moving forward. After that, he and his colleague handled the whole process quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference. The reference checks took a bit of time, but that’s totally understandable, everything else was well communicated and smooth. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend the Chancellors Richmond Lettings team highly enough. Andrew Jourdain and all of the team, particularly the lovely Sam Hall were professional, polite, diligent and unbelievably fast. The photos were taken, the details were posted on the web and a dozen or so viewings were arranged in a matter of days. More importantly the apartment was let within a week of engaging Chancellors. Its 10 years now and I can't recommend them enough. Overall an excellent experience with everyone on the team being a complete joy to work with. You wont be disappointed.

Me and my partner are moving to Australia and needed to let our house out whilst we were away. Chancellors from day one have been brilliant, with a special shout out to Sam and Andrew. Sam and Andrew found us the perfect tenant and have been very communicative throughout the entire process - they were able to answer any and all questions we had about the process (it was our first time letting our house so we had lots of questions!). As we will be living the other side of the world, it was very important for us to leave our property with people we could trust - and we feel completely comfortable leaving our house with Chancellors to manage.
