Clive Martin has been very helpful during the more than 3 years of tenancy. He has been brilliant to support the end of tenancy process and ensure that accurate information was delivered to the landlord on the property status, which allowed the refund of the deposit in full.

Highly recommend! Transacting property in the UK is sometimes an arduous process. My transaction was made even more difficult because i live on the other side of the world. Went for a viewing and they weren't even there at the most confusing maze of a location, no one picked up our many calls, no one called us whatsoever. A waste of a lengthy trip. Horrible agency!

Recently I have had to find student accommodation last minute and what could have been a very stressful situation was made infinitely more pleasant and Smoot from our agent Darcy who was able to efficiently communicate with 6 nervous students and help us find a home for the year and demonstrated a remarkable level of compassion to our situation as first time renters and even went out of her way to give updates and reassurance on a bank holiday which was a great comfort to us. She was readily available for any questions we may have (and we had many) and overall was very pleasant to communicate with. As a first time renter I haven't a lot of experience with estate agents but I doubt in the future I will be fortunate enough to experience the same level of service and compassion again.
