Stirling Ackroyd really chased down my sale and were very proactive. Kieran Pepperell and Spencer de Jonge were my agents and they were easy to work with and v reassuring along the way. Couldn't fault them! The flat was sold at asking price - v happy customer!

Baaaaaad service , they accepted the offer and after six months of waiting , they disappointed us …..there is Noo communication b/w agency and buyer , we had to called every time to ask about the news , they said they will call back and they had never calling back , shame on u , we waste all our saving because of ur bad service ,

I use them to manage my property for renting.Poor service. Tenants complain that it takes weeks to get a response. I don't receive communication, sometimes for 6 months on urgent matters.Neighbors file complaints about the property and Stirling don't resolve issues which leaves everyone unhappy.Avoid this company.Change from Townends to Stirling hasn't made a difference.

This agency has left me without hot water or any water pressure at all for nearly 4 weeks now and have refused any kind of compensation or an update regarding a solution. The property is uninhabitable.

GoogleWe were very happy with Townends from Whitton especially Mr Parsa he was extremely patient and help us a bunch.The whole process took only 6 weeks, the lady from the main office was really helpful as well. She reported to us every week and she chased both sides of the lawyer for us too. The JS lawyer is very quick and very easy to talk. They are willing to help and tried their best.
