GoogleSuperb experience with Manu from Foxtons Twickenham The service we received from Manu Khanna was excellent. Manu is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful all the way through from enquiry to completion. He walked me through the whole buying process and made things easier to understand. He also answered emails and calls promptly and patiently which was very reassuring. I could not recommend him enough to anyone, especially to those first time buyers who need extra guidance and support.

I am a landlord. I had extremely bad experiences with Foxtons. Huge let down with very high fee and poor service. Always make false promises to the landlords and tenants alike and then backout once the tenancy goes through. Once they get their commision, they stop bothering with any problems arising.

GoogleAlan at the Twickenham branch has been excellent to deal with. Very well organised and he takes a keen interest in the property to make sure he understands all of the aspects so that he can martlet it effectively. Always well turned out, I am confident in Alan and the team’s ability to represent my house. First class experience and I recommend them.

GoogleAlan is a superstar!! He is very patient and a great listener ; he was able to provide us a plethora of properties, and we were spoilt for choice. He didn't hesitate or rush us during the viewings which was on a Saturday I might add. He is now on my speed dial and I'm going to recommend him to friends and family!

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

GoogleHello all, We have been searching for a property for over a month, and worked with many agencies and agents. We felt helpless. literaly lost. One day God has send us an angel in the image of Foxton estate agent. His name is Sandy Sunderrajan from the Richmond/Twickenham office. He held our hands (with safty glove of course :) ) and led us through the searching process, letting us feel we are in good and proffesional hands. Sandy is the ONLY agent we actually felt was working for US. He has learnt our needs as a family, and did a day to day proactive search for the best property for us. He put a huge effort letting us understand the market, the areas and generally living here in richmond as a family. Always communicating, always responsive, never pushing. Sandy worked for us. GoogleI just completed today!! I have to thank Manu, at Foxtons, for the stroke of genius that - after a long and arduous search, concluded with the keys of my perfect home sitting in my palm! Thanks Manu for going off the script and understanding what I needed. And on his first round of viewings with me, no less!! There were trials and obstacles to overcome on way, but Manu was there, deftly navigating us all, through the whole process. I am sure the sellers are just as grateful as I am! GoogleDuring these tough times, full of uncertainties and worries, it's great to know that there are still a few companies out there that genuily care for people. I am more than happy to say that Foxtons Twickenham is one of those very few. I would specially like to recognise the extra mile, professionalism and highly positive attitude of Oscar Pearson. He got everything sorted out for our new tenancy process very quickly and taking advantage of the digital platforms, so the whole process was digital. Looks like Foxtons is not just digital ready, but also people oriented. Simply outstanding! Would definitely recommend the Foxtons Twickenham team!

GoogleOur estate agent Alan G. was great. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and why we were looking for a property. He didn't just show us the initial property that had piqued our interest but showed us a variety of properties to help us on our search. When we were to busy to go our on viewings he suggested virtual viewings where he personally showed us properties and answered our questions. He also had us reconsider Help to Buy properties which we had previously written off and which we went with in the end. He even went out of his way and dropped us off at a sales centre followcing other property viewings. Additionally, in these interesting times he was very covid conscious and wore a mask and gloves whenever in a property or while in the car on our in-person viewings. I would recommend Alan to any of my friends who are searching for a property in the area.

GoogleI was contacted by Oscar Pearson as I was looking to rent in Twickenham. I am a first timer renter so I needed advice on how to set up bills. Oscar was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me five properties on the same day and answered all my questions. Oscar worked hard with the landlord to finalize the property I was interested in. I will be moving into my new home in April and Oscar again has given me advice on how to set up the bills in my name. GoogleHad a great experience with Alan Groom that works at Foxtons Richmond and Twickenham. I was struggling to find flats that suited my needs, after contacting foxtons Alan called me to assess what I wanted and straight away booked me on to quite a few viewings the same day and the subsequent days, he took me around the area where I wanted to buy and gave me great advice and options, I received regular phone calls with updates from Alan something amazing as I’m a first time buyer and needed quite a lot of guidance. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleI switched to Foxtons after having no success with another local estate agent. From the very beginning I felt like I had made the right decision. Two days after my property marketing went live I had an offer and seven weeks later we completed - it was a seamless transaction. Michael Owen was my main contact and I must commend him on two things. 1) great communication, always keeping me updated and offering advice and 2) going above any beyond, such as ensuring the buyer could still obtain the keys as we neared lockdown. Excellent service overall. My only regret with Foxtons, that I didn't change to them sooner!
