We couldn’t recommend Foxtons Twickenham more highly. With so many estate agents to choose from in the area, we met with several before deciding to instruct Foxtons to sell our freehold house. Frank and his team were exceptional, securing a sale before our property even went to market. The level of follow-up and support we received after the offer was agreed was truly outstanding. As part of a lengthy chain, we greatly appreciated Frank’s proactive approach and his commitment to ensuring the transaction progressed to completion. We felt supported throughout the entire process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Frank and the Foxtons Twickenham team to anyone selling their home.

I can highly recommend Foxtons Twickenham branch. After a sale with another agent fell through, Foxtons was able to secure a new buyer quickly for my freehold property in Richmond. Francis Wilson managed the sale after the offer was agreed and did so with great expertise and dedication. Complicated by the fact that I live in the Netherlands and my solicitor struggled with this sale, Francis kept stepping up, keeping things moving. Five deserved stars!

What a brilliant experience I had with this Estate Agents. I have been looking for a rental property for 6 months, so I have had a lot of experience with different agents. Some good, some bad. However Aleks Brown the agent who helped me secure my current flat reached out and was super helpful from the beginning. I have mobility problems amongst other issues and he was really understanding and efficient along with his manager Charlie!! I had heard that Foxtons were not great -so I was surprised and delighted with the service I received! Highly recommended. Thanks Aleks and Charlie for finding me the perfect home and for making everything so smooth and stress-free! 😊👍

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

After expressing interest on the Foxtons website I had a phone call with Oliwia about our flat search, she very quickly organised an afternoon of viewings for us, and her positivity, organisation, and professionalism over the phone made us feel a lot more positive about our flat hunt, after previously finding it to be a very stressful process as we are both self employed. At the viewings Oliwia was very knowledgable and went to the effort of showing us around a number of properties that were further away from her office - each one she suggested were great choices, within our budget range, and in good condition. Whilst negotiating offers she was very responsive online - whilst we did not end up renting a flat through Foxtons, I cannot recommend Oliwia highly enough!

We bought our house many years ago through Foxtons so it only seemed logical to go back to resell our property after many years of making it our home. We were not disappointed and the experience from the complete team was great. We worked with Alan,Ellen and Francis from the twickenham branch and found a really energetic,friendly and adaptable team to both ours and our tenants requirements (which wasn’t easy at times!) . We were always kept informed of viewings and all feedback given was promptly uploaded onto the website portal which was a great tool. I would recommend Foxtons to any of my family or friends.

As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. Had an excellent experience using Foxtons to let a flat. Naz was absolutely fantastic during my search and throughout the letting process - very professional, helpful, friendly, and patient. She went above and beyond to help me with my property search and was always on hand throughout the letting stage. Margot was also wonderful during the letting process.
