After 8 years of reporting a continuous problem, senior management (customer service director) refuses to support any further. I have requested a SAR and will be taking this further. I wish I had read the poor reviews before buying from this truly terrible company

TW have the most ignorant customer services department. I have been trying to sort out a matter which is as much in their interest as my own, but they are really useless at communication and just don't respond to emails unless I push them.

Customer service really good with Suzanne but i couldn't change the kitchen as the house I picked the buyer who pulled out had already picked the kitchens. Same with tiles so not the same experience I had with my other new with my previous new build home.
