Poor quality materials used and bad customer care services.All promises are completely unfulfilled, just ask the owners to give a 5-star NHBC survey report.I believe that the building has passed the NHBC building inspection standards, but the house I received does not meet the standards. I do believe that there is something ulterior motives behind it.
