The sales team, Sam and Alison at East hollinsfield are just awesome, very proactive and communicates in timely manner. My home purchase wasn't with the conventional mortgage, the team were very receptive to the alternative financing option and supported us all through the process, from reservation to home completion and move in.

After service has been great. sales team were good initially but soon started to not be very informative. Not many updates given and blatant lies told about the progress of the build. Be honest about delays to make the process less stressful for new buyers.

Do not buy from this money grabbing house builder. Visit the Scholar Chase site in north Bristol to see how they leave an estate once they have sold all the houses. Last house was purchase was completed over 18 months ago and there are still no roads or completed landscaping

This developer engaged a First Port as their management company and they are simply committing robbery all over the country where they manage development. Discrepancies in their accounts, unresponsive and absolute rubbish leaders. They increase service charges every year and doing nothing.

Have concerns that the estate is still left unfinished, no landscaping complete to spec and suds pond unfinished with ugly fence surrounding it. Weeds everywhere and paths unfinished. Lack of after care is abhorrent.

Really poor advice, slow responses. Different staff gave different messages and obviously didn't ever speak to each other. No apologies! Generally very poor customer service and as for the financial advisors just don't bother!!! Couldn't be more disappointed.

Very poor workmanship, roof coping units not installed correctly, to many of the homes on our development and fell off damaging homes and cars. Drive been laid 3 times, 4 years after moving road's not finished, foul drains frequently blocking. Sales staff gave incorrect information, giving incorrect details what would be provided on the development
