The sales team were excellent throughout, however, our move was not as smooth due to the short window given to us which made it impossible to prepare the new house before moving e.g. carpeting and tiling had to be done while in occupancy.

As soon as my son got his keys no one was interested in any problems waited days for cleaners who never turned up still got some snagging but no one cares office always shut so no after care offered at all so disappointed

Garden and side of house floods to 4-6inches complained some e moving in nothing done 2 months on! Doors faulty garden floods taps leaking bath leaking damage to window sills. Various other defects nothing done I feel totally discriminated against because I am a shared owner
