Recently bought a property from Taylor Wimpy Raveloe Gardens. The sales girl Susan lowe has been brilliant, professional and always on hand to answer our questions. The whole process has been a great experience apart from a small hiccup in the last week with missed communication,but was rectified and we received our key promptly. Any small snagging has been rectified and so far we love our new home.

Bristol customer services are aware of a written agreement between our solicitor and their solicitor that all apartment windows would be cleaned until building work complete on the Somerdale site. They have withdrawn from that agreement without notification, refusing to pay, and have also refused to engage in a timely manner to get it resolved. It appears they are seeing if we will take them to court -which we will.

The sales team were always helpful, guided us through available choices and were supportive throughout. They also clearly and effectively communicated with us so that we always new what actions we needed to take and how the build of our new home was progressing. Once we had keys the onsite team were very good at sorting out a couple of initial problems.

TW strategically send out requests for these reviews immediately after you make the deposit & therefore when the sales teams are at their most helpful. It’s all downhill from there! The after-sales service at Burleyfields Stafford (or lack thereof) is atrocious. Our house still has snags outstanding 2 years after we moved in. AVOID!!Update: Hi Ruby, I have been contacted but the issue is still no closer to being resolved.

Disappointed with start , got the house with options already chosen , comments are that’s it ! For an executive house/ the most expensive house on the development it’s very poorly finished , especially the kitchen and bathrooms . Annoying that the finish of the entrance is already a mess , shouldn’t need to snag , come away very disheartened thinking have we made the right decision.

TW have been great with our moving journey overall. The only downside has been with the sales office communication of updates and questions prior to moving/exchanging contracts. They have been very accommodating elsewhere. During initial period, TW provided dongle for internet access during when open reach hadn’t set up yet, post move the finisher team have been great too coming back to us quickly to resolve issues.

We are in the process to buy a house at the Newton Park development in Sleaford and so far our experience has been positive. We had a few issues along the way, but Roxy, our Sales Executive, has done an amazing job in bringing everything back on track. The site team has been also fantastic and our new home is ready earlier than expected. We couldn't ask for more.
