GoogleWe had, what turned out to be a tricky move which took many months to complete and which had lots of twists and turns. Throughout this long, drawn out experience, Nicky's professionalism, coupled with an excellent sense of humour helped us to see it through until the end. I'm not sure we would have persevered without her ! I would highly recommend Ralph James to handle your next move.

GoogleWe recently used Ralph James Reigate branch to sell our flat and were beyond impressed. We were previously with another agent for 5 months, who were getting in sporadic viewings, but no offers at all. Once we switched to Ralph James, Nicky & Molly visited and gave us tips on how to cheaply but effectively improve the property image, and their marketing package that followed was flawless. We had two offers after the first viewings, and accepted the one over asking price. They also linked us up with Ralph James Redhill & got us in for an early viewing on a Redhill property, which we then offered on and completed the small chain within a matter of weeks. We moved in to our dream home mid-April after only going on market in January. They were so professional & stayed supportive throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAlthough estate agents are perhaps not the most loved profession (along with lawyers, politicians, and bookies), Ralph James are something of an exception. A young, vibrant company for whom nothing is too much trouble, they make the wearisome business of house selling/buying rather fun. In my case, having put a slightly complex selling/buying proposition to them involving more than the standard two properties, they've almost done the deal and in record time. Plus, the staff are fabulous with an Oscar winning performance by the redoubtable Jackie (how does she stay so calm?), so a MONSTER THANK YOU to Ralph J. You truly deserve to succeed. XX

Nicky gave us brilliant advice on how best to present our house which helped to secure 4 asking price offers after 1 day of viewings.
