FacebookDealing with everyone at Ralph James was stress free from the beginning right through to completion for the sale of our flat. We were impressed with the photos as they represented our home perfectly and the video was also great for people to see the layout clearly. As they are very knowledgeable of the local area, they also helped us in our search for a new house and gave us advise on location etc.

GoogleHaving worked in Agency for many years, you get to see the good, the bad and the ugly. As a first time buyer, Ralph James handled everything so well for me. I bought a leasehold flat and considering leaseholds can take some time to go through, the team made it happen quickly and smoothly. I also used McMillan Williams Solicitors, recommended by Ralph James who were excellent!

If I was selling I would definitely use Ralph James - the efforts they go to to showcase the property with photos and video is fantastic. Very professional and very classy. They gave us a lovely bunch of flowers when we moved in too. Very nice touch.

We weren't harassed by the agents continuously like with other estate agents, they replied to emails out of hours (including 11pm!!) and went above and beyond to make our moving day special by giving us treats when we collected the keys. Highly recommend! When we next sell, we will definitely use Ralph James :D
