So I popped into the Reigate office today 18 months after Thomas and his amazing team managed to sell our lovely home in Riyal Earlswood Park and move to The Isle if Wighr. I was greeted by Thomas the consummate professional who remembered every detail about my family and the circumstances of the move. This is a business owner who has high integrity and also cares very much for the staff he employs.I thoroughly recommend that you go through Ralph James before any other estate agent in Reigate as they are honest and will provide you with the best opportunity of selling your home.

We have used Ralph James twice in recent years to sell. Everything from the marketing to the appearance of the office and the professionalism of the agents is 5 stars. Whilst browsing houses on the Internet I noticed the high standards of marketing. I also selected Ralph James based on a viewing I attended a few years previously when they treated me with respect even when I missed out on the property. The same practices were filtered through to selling my own house and even after it falling through due to the buyers changing circumstances they sold my house again in 9 days. I highly recommend Ralph James and wouldn’t consider another agent.

Amazing experience selling and buying through Ralph James. We were new to the selling process and the team at Ralph James, Robin and Ashley in particular, were extremely professional, helpful and gave honest advice throughout. Nothing was ever too much to ask of them and it was such a smooth process from start to finish and we felt completely at ease. They showcased our flat and got it sold very quickly as well as helping us find our dream home. Ralph James are a brilliant estate agent. We have just bought and sold through them and they made the whole process seamless and as stress free as a house move can ever be. The whole team is friendly, professional, efficient and they did a brilliant job on both helping us achieve a good price for the home we sold, and helping us find the perfect new home for our family. We decided to use Ralph James above all other estate agents for their local knowledge & no nonsense approach. I found they were realistic with their valuation of our home rather than pricing it high to win our business & made a couple of suggestions to help make the house more appealing to potential buyers. The marketing they produced was very impressive too. We sold our house with Ralph James at the end of March. Ashley came over to value our property after it had been on with another agent. Oddily enough Ashley had actually sold us our house 3 years previous when he worked with another agent. Both my husband and I instantly liked him and his honesty. Max became our single point of contact and he was brilliant. Both Ashley and Max gave us their mobile numbers so I was able to contact them direct whenever I needed. The process was very smooth and quick and in the end our sale was completed within 8 weeks. Not once did Ashley or Max try to feed me the 'estate agent smooth talk' and were always truthful and advised me as to what they thought I should do. I used to be an estate agent and have met some Cowboys in the past who only care about their commission. Ralph James genuinely care about you and your house buying/selling experience. I cannot recommended these guys enough. If I wasn't banned from moving house again, I would go back to them in the future.

Having to downsize, excited, but dreading dealing with an Estate Agent and the whole drama of moving again. Ralph James was recommended to help me through the process. We knew as soon as we met Ashley that Ralph James would be the right agent to sell our home. He was enthusiastic about our house from the start and made us feel relaxed about the whole process.
