GoogleRalph James helped us find a new home in Reigate and relocate from London. Ashley and Nicky were both very helpful and friendly throughout and we felt like we could ask as many questions as we needed, all of which were answered honestly (and patiently!) All in all we can highly recommend.

FacebookWe bought our first house through Ralph James last week and couldn’t be happier in our new home! We are so thankful to Ashley, Natalie and the team for all they did for us. After dealing with other estate agents and being so disappointed with service they provided, Ralph James was a completely different experience. They went far beyond the call of duty to help us secure our house and provided an exceptional service. When the time comes for us to move again in the future, we will most definitely be going through Ralph James. 😊

FacebookI would be as bold as to say that Ralph James - and in my case, I worked with Ashley & Natalie - are the best Estate Agents in town! From the moment I met Ashley for a chat about my property, I knew I was in good hands. Ashley goes way beyond the average estate agent and does not take his foot off the peddle until you hear the words 'you've completed'. He is thorough, thoughtful and, in the market place we are currently in, thinks out of the box, which is exactly what you need. Their supporting marketing materials are great, the video on your property a definite extra tool to aid selling and the supporting team are a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ralph James to anyone, and even though I hope not to have to buy / sell again in the near future, when I do, they will be the first agents (and only agents) I call. Thank you!

FacebookRalph James were recommended to us so we decided to use them, Ashley and the Team did a great job. It can be so frustrating selling a property at times, but Ashley was always at hand to try and sort things out. Very professional and extremely helpful nice to know that I could email or phone if things were not progressing enough, if Ashley was not available another member of the team would be on the case and get back to me promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agents to anyone buying or selling I know they will do a fab job thank you to all the team members keep up the good work well done.

FacebookIt took a while for us to pick the right agent to help us sell our house and we spoke to quite a few. One of the big things that helped us decide was the rate, but it was more than that; Thomas came across so much better and more sincere than all the others and ultimately that's what counts. We hit the market at what was probably the worst time, soon after Brexit and then into Christmas. Thomas, Ashley and team did a great job at keeping our spirits up and believing that things would work out - we had already picked our new home and had a tight deadline to work to. The guys got enough people through the door and an offer on the table that meant we could go for our new home. Exchange went fairly smoothly and Completion was seamless. Like others who reviewed, it was a nice touch when Ashley presented us with a card, flowers and cupcakes. We'd definitely recommend RalphJames and would return if we ever move again. Rob and Sarah

FacebookAfter our sale falling through and losing the house we were buying we decided to change agents for a fresh approach. After looking at various options we decided to go with Ralph James. This was because when Thomas came to value our property he was honest, realistic and not at all pushy. Thomas and his team were brilliant from word go from marketing our property, getting people through the door and ultimately getting us our asking price and completing the sale. We were kept informed every step of the way and if we had any questions they would respond straight away. On completion we were given a lovely bouquet of flowers and a card. Thomas and all his wonderful team managed the sale of Carole's late fathers appartment with efficiency, tact, consideration and total professionalism but still made us feel like members of the family. Truly remarkable experience at a very sad time. This was in spite of a very perdantic purchasers conveyancing team which we would have felt very harrowing had we not had the support of all at Ralph James, particularly Thomas. FacebookThe sale of our property certainly wasn't plain sailing. It was emotional and stressful for a plethora of reasons. Our first buyer pulled out on exchange day because they simply decided 'to not progress' which made me just want to give up on the whole process. However, Kelly and Tom from the Banstead branch guided and supported me and were empathetic to my needs and urgency to move- so I got back on the proverbial horse! This is more than a business transaction for them- they are invested and do everything they can to protect their client's best interests. I am now in my new property thanks to their perseverance and tenacity- I can't thank them or recommend them enough!

Landlord's compliance things were brought to my attention, specialists in gas, electrics and professional cleaners came and made property compliant and ready. Whilst the house was getting ready for the let, Joanna found me a tenant - I opted out for the fully managed service and happy with it. Great job!
