The whole team came to the house as it went on the market so that they were all familiar with the house, layout, location etc which we were really impressed with. All of the team are great, dynamic and forward thinking, but we would have to single out Orla. She went above and beyond any experience we have had with an agent before. Orla was accessible, so friendly and professional, she thought of, and actioned everything, she never needed prompting or asking and she made us feel as if we were important and valued. At no time were we left uncertain about how the sale was progressing, and she checked in with us regularly. GoogleAt the start of the process Jackie Nathan gave us her professional view of the likely outcome of our sales process. We had a good discussion about setting the price and Jackie expressed her confidence that the quality of RJ's marketing , married to the presentation of the house was, in her opinion, likely to attract many viewings, a number of serious offers and even the possibility of a cash buyer.
She and the team, Jasmine and Charlie in particular, were regularly in contact, especially with the early flurry of viewings. Marie-Elise was also very diligent in progressing the sale.
In the end, all of Jackie's projections proved correct. We have a great buyer and the process has been smooth and much much quicker than we expected.

GoogleOne week on from moving house and we wanted to say what a positive experience we had selling with Ralph James in Dorking. Our lead agent was Olivia and we had some dealings with Tom. Olivia and I had regular contact, she was always easy to get hold of and I personally appreciated the option to use WhatsApp for text and voice notes as a busy mum and business owner. Olivia was always positive and kept us going when the process was taking time as it can do. The quality of their market and social media presence is very high and I really feel that's what makes them stand out. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - although we hope not to move for a very long time! I enjoyed our time working with them over this past year and always felt that they did all they could to sell our property and keep the process as pain-free as possible. The personal visit - with flowers - from Olivia to our new house on moving day was also really appreciated as we could mark a happy end to our long journey! Rose
