We felt extremely confident with all the advice and guidance we were given throughout the process and the whole team were incredibly supportive when things got trickier (as is often the case with leasehold properties). Ashley’s knowledge about property in Redhill, Reigate and around is second to none and he was incredibly helpful with our sale as well as our onward purchase. Ralph James bring a level of trust I didn’t expect from any estate agent, they don’t just talk the talk but they deliver on their promises and treat their clients with honesty and respect. GoogleCould not recommend Ralph James enough. Very professional, highly efficient and very friendly. You never have to wait for someone to pick the phone up or return your calls and emails. We had our valuation completed same day and property on the market within 3 days. A HUGE thank you especially to Marie-Elise and Nicky who couldn’t have made the whole process of selling my property any easier. Thank you both so, so much I couldn’t have managed without you both!!

From the moment of finding a property with them to buy and listing our own for sale with them, the process has felt seamless, fast and easy. I have found everyone to be clear and transparent on the process, but also incredibly helpful and responsive to a number of questions. GoogleBUYERS STAY AWAY. Dealt with Chris Stamp at Ralph James regarding a property that (allegedly) we got an offer accepted on. Never got anything in writing despite asking repeatedly, said he would do something and then not do it, kept leading us on and never got a straight answer. Eventually we found out that the seller had accepted another offer without informing us. Will be taking this up with the ombudsman as it was clearly in breach of the code of conduct. It's a shame as it's exactly the type of agent that brings disrepute to the profession. We fully advise against anyone attempting to buy in the area - to experience such dishonest behaviour when you are handling the single largest financial transaction of your life is despicable. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI recently purchased a house and sold my flat through Ralph James who did an amazing job for me. In what was a very volatile market and what ended up being a crazy chain where anything that could go wrong seemed to, they got me a great price for my flat and somehow managed to drag the entire chain to a successful completion just in time. Nicky and the team at the Reigate branch were amazing and went above and beyond on an almost daily basis and I'm so grateful for their efforts. If your looking for professionalism with a personal touch then go no further!

Nicky , Jackie and Molly were on the ball , informed , efficient , proactive, approachable , communicative, excellent, individually and as a team. A great deal of compassion and guidance was shown to me during the sale process and I am forever grateful. Selling property is seldom easy but I have to say thanks to the team at Ralph James Reigate , this has been a breeze.

Not only did she and her team manage to get us an above asking price offer twice, she also handled our entire sales process professionally and with a smile. She communicated brilliantly and always went above and beyond. She also managed to keep everyone involved in the whole chain calm, which at points can't have ben an easy task. Couldn't recommend enough, Jackie was always on hand if we had any questions and would often call us to update us with what was going on, she was super helpful with explaining the process to us as we have never done this before. The team have been incredibly professional throughout. we also had viewings very early on with Marie Elise and Molly, both of whom were also just as great and informative about the properties we were viewing. GoogleThe guys at Ralph James were great from start to finish, both Nicky and Jackie were fantastic and supportive throughout the whole process which really did make the whole thing much easier. They even were able to speed up solicitors on both sides which was really helpful and made the sale of the property much less stressful knowing they were so on the ball.
