The whole team were great, particularly Robin who was really friendly and helpful during viewings (he even waited while we took measurements for our furniture). GoogleOur Experience: Vanilla showed us the flat which we fell in love with, communication was great & process was smooth. Robin took over sorted us a second viewing and provided us with great communication & reassurance. Marie just needs a raise because she was amazing, closed the deal and worked tirelessly with solicitors to get it over the line before our mortgage offer ended.
