Ashley and the team at Ralph James were absolutely amazing throughout our move. Within a week of being on the market with Ralph James our home was sold. We felt extremely confident with all the advice and guidance we were given throughout the process and the whole team were incredibly supportive when things got trickier (as is often the case with leasehold properties). Ashley’s knowledge about property in Redhill, Reigate and around is second to none and he was incredibly helpful with our sale as well as our onward purchase. Ralph James bring a level of trust I didn’t expect from any estate agent, they don’t just talk the talk but they deliver on their promises and treat their clients with honesty and respect. The communication from day one was brilliant, the whole team are friendly and approachable. We were able to ask all the questions as they came to us without feeling embarrassed or like an inconvenience. Don’t waste your time with other estate agents. Ralph James are the best.

We recently sold our beloved home of 17 years at Royal Earlswood Park, with the amazing help of the 'whole' Ralph James team. Every member of staff was briefed about our house, the dynamics within ( we have two rescue crazy boxer dogs) and each member of the team were 'switched on' and uber attentive professional but friendly way. Particular mention must go to Anna a resident 'house dr' who was enormously helpful at helping us show our home in the best way . Ashley and Thomas were incredibly honest and 'holistic ' in their approach to the whole sales process. The ethos of the ralph james service is of uber integrity and a very thoughtful about 'the journey a buyer and seller' is on. The buying and selling of property has changed much in the past few years and Thomas and his team very much put my wife and I at ease and did very well to manage a stressful process with humility and a smile. I wish them every success as they grow and know that, as that will happen,Thomas will not let old fashioned standards and service drop.

Thomas and the team at the new office in Reigate sold our house in Reigate recently and we couldnt have been happier. We actually switched to them after struggling to get a good offer previously. We had beennshown around a few properties we were look at buying by his agents and were realy impressed.
