GoogleWe had a fantastic experience purchasing a property with Ralph James. Marie-Elise was friendly, helpful, kept us updated, and always there for us whenever we needed anything or had any queries (and quick to respond too). We had a great experience with everyone we dealt with at the company and so we would happily recommend them. The congratulations gift when we picked up the keys was such a lovely gesture and it was a great way to start the first journey to our new home.

GoogleA superb team at Ralph James . They have been my letting agents for 3 years and with the recent search for a new tenant they were quickly in the case . I was kept informed of all their appointments and given sound advice by Joanna on who they recommended . They followed through well and sorted out some minor decor probs that needed fixing with a minimum of fuss or money :) Good job guys and my thanks to Joanna , Sam and Abigail . GoogleI had a very great experience using Ralph James Estate Agents in finding a property to rent. My agent Joanna was more than amazing. I have used agents in the past but this has to be my best experience yet. She was very professional, explained every process as we went along clearly, got back to me very promptly, informed me of any changes appropriately and in a timely manner. When i spoke to Joanna initially, she was very friendly and warm and when i met with her personally she was an absolute joy. Calm, professional and made me feel at ease. Even when she wasn’t in the office, there was always someone else to respond to me and answer my query. GoogleWe sold our house through Ralph James. From the start Robin was brilliant. Professional, honest, calm and highly communicative. We had a very challenging chain and Ralph James were amazing throughout always communicating with us, there to speak to and most importantly, finding solutions! Believe me, you need someone in a difficult chain, to find solutions and depend on! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a brilliant service from start to finish. GoogleFirst class 5 star service from the valuation through to completion. They kept us informed on a regular basis, understanding that communication is so important when buying/selling. They chased the other party when needed so the process went as smoothly as it could do. A special mention to Sadie and Robin who dealt with the sale. GoogleRobin and the team in Redhill/Reigate are a pleasure to deal with. We just sold our house with them at the asking price, following their guidance and price point! We were extatic to have achieved this, and would not have been able to do so without their help. Also, it's worth mentioning we have previously let the property through them as well, and they amazing through those processes as well. GoogleI was the buyer, so am not technically a customer, but had such a positive experience I felt it worth sharing. Sam Swinburne was the agent handling the sellers' property, and was a consummate professional throughout. In often difficult circumstances, Sam's diplomacy was a difference-maker that helped ensure the purchase went through. He was a fair and positive arbiter of issues between solicitors, and would proactively look to ensure both sides were well-versed in what was happening, and who could act in what way at any given stage. Very polite, knowledgeable and contactable throughout - I'd certainly consider Ralph James' services when I come to sell the property.

GoogleRalph James were exemplary in the whole journey from the initial meeting through to completion. Said journey commenced with new marketing material, and then raised the bar to another level by 'staging' my apartment with new furniture which really made the brochure 'pop' I had more viewings in the first five weeks than I had in two-and-a-half years with other Reigate estate agents, concluding with an accepted offer. Marie-Elise and Ashley were instrumental in pushing the sale along (albeit with a number of challenges), but their devotion to getting the sale over the line was exceptional. I cannot recommend Ralph James enough along with a recommended conveyancing partner (AVRillo) which expedited the respective exchange/completion phases. Five stars!

GoogleI have been using Ralph James' Fully Managed service to help me rent out a property and have been most impressed by the excellent service provided by Joanna. When she gets involved any apparently insuperable problems are quickly overcome and resolved. I have informed my tenant that Joanna is the "go to" person if they encounter any difficulties, and they have also praised her efficiency. She is courteous and her manner is friendly but always professional when contacted.

We completed on our sale in October this year we especially like to thank Robin who was our main contact and not forgetting Ashley of course. The house had three offers within a week. Sadly, that first sale fell through but within 3 days of that, we had another buyer. Their marketing is amazing... I can’t fault it. GoogleWe have just completed a mammoth multi-move having sold our house, my mums house and then bought our forever home. We used a different agent for the first sale and then moved across to Ralph James for the second sale and my word, what a difference! The staff at Ralph James are something else. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go out of their way to support and help you. Ashley has been a superstar from day one and Caedi has to be the most thoughtful employee, caring for the well-being of my nervous, elderly mother from the outset. The team are exceptional and although we are now in our forever home and don’t intend to move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing team. Even the final ‘goodbye’ touches were heartfelt. On the completion of sale we were presented with a beautiful flower arrangement and cupcakes for our new home as well as a ‘congratulations’ card signed by the team - a real personal touch that wiped the floor with the ‘business’ box we were handed by our previous agent - filled with promotional leaflets and including a packet of noodles and some stale biscuits! Ralph James make you feel like you are family from start to finish and I am so glad we found them. Thank you team, you are amazing. Sam & Joanna were very proactive to get the property on the market as soon as possible and from there they were on a mission to secure the most suitable tenant. But in my first renting experience after such a long break, as luck would have it I met you guys and voila we got ourselves a wonderful house.
