GoogleMy wife and I just exchanged on our first home. After going through a pretty bumpy ride with another high street estate agent on a deal that fell through we made an offer on a property sold by Ralph James. Had the pleasure of working with Adam who was there for us and the result is we managed to go through the process in just a couple of months. Big thanks to Adam and the team at Ralph James!

From start to finish, Adam at Ralph James was extremely professional, friendly, efficient and supportive as I navigated my way through an unfamiliar process. If I ever had any questions, he would always be happy to help, replying promptly with the information I needed. Due to his frequent communication and updates, I always felt reassured that everything was going ahead as planned and it significantly reduced the stress I might have experienced otherwise buying my first property. GoogleVery professional and prompt in dealing with any issues at the property. Katie is great with responding to emails regarding any issue that i have raised with regards to repairs or even inspection. The property is well maintained and it's great to know who to go to when I need things done. I am always informed of any visits and I love that I am notified with the the option of choosing whether to be property or to allow the office to let people in to do any repairs.Ralph James is an exceptional estate agent and has an excellent staff team.

Not only did the team sell our apartment for the price we wanted, they also helped us find our new house. The quality of service received by the team at Ralph James honestly does not compare to that elsewhere. They are all so friendly and really do have your best interests at heart. Massive shout out to Robin for his amazing work negotiating on both our sale and purchase and for finding us our lovely new home, and to Nicky for being the go-to throughout the chain and for keeping us calm and sane. Chris and Robin were highly attentive, supported us throughout the entire process, quickly addressed any issues with solicitors, and as a result of their efforts, the sale was completed by 30 June 2021. Importantly, Ralph James knows the local market. They offer both realistic and pragmatic advice and are incredibly professional. Selling our house was a seamless experience. GoogleMy boyfriend and I bought our first home through Ralph James in March 2021 and we’ve had the most amazing experience from start to finish. We have bought the perfect 2 bed ground floor maisonette and we are so so happy with it! From the offset, Marie-Elise was our point of contact. We were interested in a property which was also in Redhill but it ended up being out of our price range so Marie-Elise spoke to us to find out exactly what we wanted and what our price range was. She then sent us emails with any properties she had that were more suitable and realistic which was really helpful. As first time buyers, she really made the whole searching process feel easy. We literally cannot find any faults with the customer service and communication at Ralph James, Marie-Elise you were on point throughout and we’ve been so impressed! Something that really has stood out to us, was when we encountered issues and hold ups with our solicitor and the selling solicitor. Marie-Elise did absolutely everything possible to push through the sale and resolve any problems between the two parties. She didn’t necessarily need to as she could have left them to resolve it themselves but her involvement sped things up massively. She has been consistently helpful and friendly throughout and she is so easy to pick the phone and speak to! We can’t thank her enough. All of the team have been great. Robin also as he assisted Marie-Elise if she was ever out of the office or on leave. He was just as easy to talk to over the phone, quick at responding to us and just gave off a genuine friendly vibe. Ralph James overall seems like it has a great work environment and the properties they sell are all of such a high standard. We’d 1000% be using them in future when we eventually move on from our maisonette. Thanks again to you all at Ralph James. You enabled us to get on the ladder and have our dream property for our first home!!!

Dan provided excellent feedback on how best to market my flat and made the correct call on the valuation that would ensure a speedy sale (very important when your flat is vacant and you are paying a mortgage). Adam the sales manager has kept me informed throughout the sticky process of selling a leasehold and got it all over the line as soon as we were all ready to exchange. I have no hesitation in recommending Ralph James to any buyers or sellers out there … they stand out amongst a sea of other estate agents in the area!
