GoogleRalph James has been awesome! From day one, they've assisted us on the process of letting a property and it's been a smooth process until we move in to the property. They're professional, easy to deal with and was always available to answer our questions. One time, we had an issue in our flat ( our doorknob was broken) and they're quickly fix the problem! They're highly recommended letting agency! More power and God bless you guys!

GoogleDespite being on several other agents' books for some weeks, we still hadn't found a short-term let to stay in. The clock was ticking, we needed one urgently and we were starting to get panicky! Then someone suggested Ralph James to us (an agent we had somehow missed in our previous search) and within just 2 weeks they had found us somewhere to rent - and no just any-old-where, a fantastic flat in a beautiful period property. We didn't dream we'd find anywhere so perfect for us. Throughout all the negotiations and admin, all the Ralph James staff were friendly, helpful and worked really hard on our behalf. Her regular communication from start to finish was excellent at keeping me in the loop at all times. Her responses were prompt and she was always more than happy to help with any questions I had. She was very informative and ensured the application went through quickly and smoothly. GoogleI have been looking for a house to rent and registered with Ralph James because they had one I loved. After working through paperwork with Joanna and Sam, unfortunately the landlord changed their mind and I lost the tenancy. This didnt stop Joanna though! She kept me on her books and didnt stop looking for a house she knew I’d like - and now I’m all ready to go on a house I actually prefer to the first - and it has a lovely landlord! Go Joanna!

This was made easy by the wonderful Joanna, she was with us every step of the way, lending us advice and making sure we knew everything that was happening always updating us. But, not only I was able to reach them (and they responded with the best attitude ever) but they even arranged someone to come open the door for me immediately. GoogleWouldn't hesitate to recommend Ralph James - attention to detail, responsiveness and transparency make it easy to see why they're so highly regarded. Was great to have Robin as a single point of contact with a personal touch - at no point did I not feel like a priority. Buying/selling a house can be a stressful time but was happy to have Ralph James on board to help smooth the process.

GoogleWe had the very unfortunate task of dealing with a late relatives estate under probate to whereby we initially required 4 agents valuations, 3 of which 'sucked their teeth' but Ralph James were confident / assuring, despite slightly outside their normal area of business. Following grant of probate and ready to market, only one agent ever returned our calls / emails on further enquiry with immediate attent, again to which was Ralph James (two of which we are still waiting to hear back from after 4 months). The property was boldly marketed in a very difficult COVID period but on their (Ralph James) confidence sold for the full asking price in just 6 days for an accurate value rather than for a quick sale, was on advert accurately described and well presented, actively marketed from the start. Thereafter / during, contacting the agent was with ease, always returning our calls / emails almost immediately on any queries we had, constantly chasing up progress with all legal advisors on our behalf throughout the sale process - pushing through in record time given the back log due to COVID advertised in the media. In our minds, Ralph James has rewritten the normal approach associated with Estate agents. If we had gone with another agent on initial approach, we could have lost up to £75k!! just for 'a possible quick sale', devastating for our late relatives. So, if you are reading this review in detail, please consider Thomas, Caedi, Natalie and all the team at Ralph James if you are looking to market, they treat everyone as if you are the only client that they have, can only comment on sale but sure that the same attent / approach will also be towards purchase. A great team / 'family'
