GoogleAnother very smooth and efficient lettings renewal from Ralph James! Sam, Joanna and the lettings team are reliable and professional whilst completing all the necessary steps very efficiently! Their advice has always been sound and as a landlord I trust their judgement. Their fees are competitive and value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to any prospective landlord or tenant.

GoogleHighly recommend Ashley and the Ralph James team. Did a great a job and took the stress out of selling our house

GoogleAshley, Robin and the whole team made buying our first home a very enjoyable, stress-eased (not free) experience. They were always on hand to offer advice or support and answer any questions, no matter how naive, that we had to ask. The flowers on moving day were a nice little touch to finish what was an excellent process throughout lockdown. Thank you all... we will see you in the future!

GoogleVery impressed with the proactive sales nature of the team at Ralph James! Also, the post offer process has been practically seamless. Robin and Ashley have always been responsive to texts and calls, and able to reassure me about every worry I have had. Thanks to their recommendation of a great solicitor and their constant chasing of all parties, we managed to exchange in five weeks and will complete in 10! Would highly recommend Ralph James.

GoogleSam from RJ has been massively helpful, proactive and reliable when it came to renting out my flat. He and the team made the process simple for myself and kept me informed throughout the stages. No regrets using the team and cannot fault their service. Very professional and helpful all round as well as being great VFM. 5/5 would recommend if anyone is needing an estate agent/letting agency. HB

GoogleThe 5 stars say it all . Haven’t as yet sold, but the enthusiasm from the staff is exceptional. I don’t do reviews but feel the need to add . Thank you Ralph James and team that has made this in my opinion the best Estate and Letting Agent in Redhill. Dean

GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure working with Marie-Elise from Ralph James on the purchase for my new property in Redhill. She was always on hand to keep me updated about the status of the purchase and managed to get everything completed in time before my deadline ran out for my mortgage offer. Would highly recommend her!

GoogleThomas from Ralph James sold our house on the first day, it was a great result and he oversaw our sale with personal attention and an eye for detail. It wasn't a stressful process at all and I think it's fair to say that everyone was very happy with the outcome. Ralph James are selling houses - but there is a reason for this, they are just really good at what they do.

GoogleOne of the worst experiences i had in getting back my deposit refund back and i was charged for 3 days extra rent after vacating the place and still in process of getting back my deposit since 5 months

Dear Vamshi, Firstly, I would like to apologise if you are not happy with the experience you have been provided by Ralph James. We always strive to ensure all landlords and tenants receive a 5 star service from us. With regards to dealing with the deposit at the end of tenancies, unfortunately this can be a lengthy process due to negotiation discussions and any other outstanding costs which need to be taken into consideration. We always endeavour to return deposits as swiftly as possible and try to keep all parties updated throughout the process. I can see the deposit has now been dealt with and settled, but please contact our Property Manager Lilly if you need to discuss this situation any further. Kind Regards, The Ralph James Team

GoogleThe Ralph James team are by far the most knowledgeable and professional in the market. I sold my flat through Ralph James earlier this year, dealing with both Robin and Ashley who were friendly and professional, going above and beyond at every stage of the process. I thoroughly recommend anyone looking to sell to choose Ralph James.

GoogleRalph James have done an amazing job not only as the agents who sold our house but also in helping us find a perfect property to move in to. Robin stayed on top of everything from start to finish and helped facilitate a streamline and as stress free an experience as we could possibly have hoped for.

GoogleAs a tenant who has used a few different agencies, this is the worst tenancy agency I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional, rude staff and not always honest. Bad experience I would 100% not recommend.
