GoogleAbsolutely great experience. Our agent Joanna paid close attention to our needs as part of a relaxed conversation and even brought up a small requirement we had later on. I have have found it rare to have someone pay such close attention and put our needs before the need to get us to sign/pay something as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Ralph James.

Good Afternoon Jerome, We are sorry you feel this way. I have spoken with the Property Management Team and we believe your comment may be in regards to you not getting your deposit back following on from your end of tenancy. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the property upon vacation, a claim had to be processed to get the property back to the condition it was when you moved in. MyDeposits initiated the dispute and issued a 30 day warning which you would have received. As you did not respond to this, the full deposit was awarded to the Landlord. If you wish to discuss this in more detail, please don't hestitate to call us.

GoogleOverall, a great experience. Very pleasant, helpful, knowledgable and responsive team who successfully sold our property and helped us through each step of the process. The marketing is excellent, with very good photography, video and other creative touches, and importantly is backed up by their hard work on active sales and follow up. Highly recommended.
